Description of Work: The provider did not show up for our scheduled appointment. When I called to check to see if we were still on, the person answered to say that they could not make for about 3 more hours, at least. I work. I scheduled the service for the time that would work. He also stated that he'd been out of town with his mother who had cancer. I don't mean to sound unsympathetic but I scheduled a service and I just expected a phone call that ultimately the person was going to show up 5 hours late.

This is a fantastic father/son company that always goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction offering prompt and dependable service at a reasonable price. I have used them to install water heaters, dishwashers, toilets, and sinks, as well as unclogging sewer lines and repairing other items. They do it all. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: The guy came out on Father's Day to help us with a sewer clog. Unfortunately, the city cemented the sewer cap to the sidewalk pavement, so he had to spend extra time jack hammering it out. I was thankful he had the tools for that and got the drain cleaned pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: In November my husband contacted Mr Roger Bates about valve problem. The weather was too cold. (There is outdoor work involved) We attempted in May 30. ,2014. A week later, my husband still had not heard from Mr. Bates. I would like a refund of my $39.00. My husband wanted to send him a photo of the problem. Mr. Bates told him that he wanted to talk to me? My husband handles the plumbing issues. I have no interest in plumbing. Again, I want my $39.00 back. |

Description of Work: Bathroom tub did not get hot water. Roger was very nice. Told me what the problem was and fixed it. I paid 32.00 for a part only plus the angie's list Big Deal. He was quick, efficient, friendly and I could tell he knew his stuff. I will definitely call him in the future.
