Scheduled immediate appointment and got the dryer working in couple of days wait was for the parts.

The service tech was prompt, friendly, and helpful. They identified the issue with two fridges, and they recommended replacement or adjustment rather than costly unnecessary repairs.

Do NOT use this company if you have a HIGH-end appliance. Customer service and follow-up are TERRIBLE (non-existent) Technicians are average but not "Master" at their craft

Ended up with a Replaced garbage disposal. Came to check a leaky dishwasher. Said dishwasher wasn’t leaking but it is. So they were wrong

Was great during the diagnostic process but when it came to the repair itself it was quite miserable. Tech didn't put the dryer back together correctly, knew it and just gave up cause he wanted to go home... left a piece inside the dryer that could have created a fire, had to remove it myself but it was obviously incorrect and he just left it there.

I was given an honest opinion that my dishwasher may be beyond repair. They tried a couple of different things with my consent but parts needed for 20 year old dishwasher were no longer available.

We called them about having a wall oven repaired. It turned out that it needed parts that were no longer available, but they attempted to locate them anyway Ultimately, after I searched for many hours, I found the parts and they installed them. The oven is working great, saving me about $1500.00 over purchasing a new one! Anthony and Boris were great!! I would not hesitate to call them for any appliance repair.

Very well. The work performed was excellent. The technician diagnosed the problem. I needed a new timer. The part came in quickly and the tech returned promptly and I was washing clothes again in no time. They were very accommodating regarding payment. Not many companies would have gone above and beyond like they did for me.

Gentleman replaced burner but now hot surface light doesn't work for that burner

We called in the morning and given a commitment of between 12pm and 5pm that afternoon. John arrived at 4pm. He quickly diagnosed the problem and added Freon/coolant. He was very professional and we’d definitely hire again when needed. Very satisfied! The Angies List Coupon for $69 covered the trip charge. Total cost was $198.

There was some miscommunication concerning the appointment itself, but once that was clarified, things went smoothly.

The repairman was able to fix the dryer and was very knowledgeable about our brand of dryer.

Initial phone call was answered promptly. Appointment was made and reminder phone call was made to us. When repairman wasn't here close to end of window given us, a call to the office got a quick and accurate reply. Repairman identified the problem, told us what the total cost would be up front. When replacement solenoid came in, he installed it promptly. Very professional and courteous people. Very competent. We have already hired them to fix our dishwasher.

They arrived on time, they quickly identified the problem and luckily they had the needed part in their truck. They quickly installed the part and the refrigerator was back in working order. The repairman was friendly, efficient and knew what he was doing.

Great! Jon came (on a Sunday), and diagnosed the faulty fan very quickly. It did have to be ordered, but he returned as soon as it was received. I thought the service call charge was $69, The bill was $259. I was not given a detailed bill. I know the ice maker for the frig was $103 from Sears for a Kenmore frig, That means in my way of thinking the cost to install was a lot for a simple install. I thought the $69 service charge was included in the overall cost when I requested they do the job if the cost was going to be more than the $69, That's not how it works however. The way it works is that they have a standard charge for the job they do that has nothing to do with the service charge. I did not understand that when I hired them. My bad. Oh well! {The ice maker works and that is very good. I just was not expecting that much cost.)

Easy to schedule - technician diagnosed problem - part was ordered and i was put on the schedule for the technician to return and install once they knew part was to arrive. Technician was courteous and professional.

I do not recall specifics. I did talk to manager about dissatisfaction. I have not used them again.

Both services required some inspection, and fortunately no parts or return visit necessary.
