The repairman came out on time and found the issue immediately. While he was capable of repairing my compressor, he recommended that I contact the manufacturer to take advantage of a warranty repair. His honesty and details for how to quickly engage the warranty service caught me by surprise, and I will not hesitate to call this company anytime I have an issue. I recommend this company.

Awesome service! Call on Thursday afternoon and they had a tech here Friday morning. Andrew was very punctual and professional. He immediately diagnosed the problem, had the parts on hand, and fixed. In and out within an hour or so. Highly recommend and will use them again if needed.

Everything went well. After the part he come in, on the day of repair, I was told I was needing to pay more than they originally quoted me, due to the part price. After speaking with the manager and asking why I wasn’t made aware of the price difference prior to the technician arriving at my home, he apologized and agreed that I shouldn’t have to pay for a clerical error. They honored their original quote and I was satisfied with their prompt response.

A few minutes after requesting a quote, I got a call and scheduled a service visit this same morning. The technician was very friendly, professional, and quickly addressed the issue by replacing our broken bake ignitor.

I submitted my Angie's List request on Wednesday night, the next morning Thursday 7:30 got a call from them to schedule appointment for Friday morning. They left a reminder message. The repairman was very professional. The part is expensive so he explained I could think about and call back to schedule repair. The service charge would be deducted from repair cost.

I had a very good experience with All-American. I learned on a Wednesday evening that my fridge was not cooling. I found All-American on Angie's List Thursday morning, and they were able to get to me that afternoon. The technician assessed the problem, went out to acquire the part, and repaired my fridge that after noon. My only problem is that I did not receive an itemized receipt, which I think is important. I would have liked to have known the cost of the part and the cost of labor. I am a stickler for that because I think women get taken advantage of, but I was working and my sister received him; so I didn't see the receipt until I returned home late evening. Otherwise, I am a very satisfied customer.

The repairman arrived when indicated; he was professional and informative. He let us know that there is a class action suit against re: a flaw in the mechanism of the ice maker. He thawed the ice maker and stated that it would work about three to six months; however, it has never worked. We're chalking this up to the recall issue. The dryer doesn't heat as well as it originally did; although, the heating element is new. Occasionally, after a full cycle, items have come out wet, which is why we are marking quality as "Fair". We need to contact All American about this problem, but we haven't as we have been out of town. We'll call next week and hope to have the issue resolved at that time.

They called to set up a next day appointment right away. Ordered that part and came as soon as it was in. They really care about their customers and making them happy with their services

It took them three different tries to fix the fridge. Which I would be understanding except it was 2-4 days between before they would return. This left us without cold food for 13 days. I have an elderly father who is diabetic and has to eat healthy food. In the end, they got it fixed and I would have been fine with that however they did not put the fridge back in place. I had to hire someone to move it back.

The technician was very knowledgeable, he explained the issue and fixed the issue.

They were able to fix my old gas stove/range. They tried to fix my old refrigerator, but it seems beyond repair. They came out 3 times to try, but to no avail! Definitely gave it their best shot!

Technician was able to diagnose problem, order correct part and return to install.
