Description of Work: First service call May 21,2015. Ordered replacement part needed. May 26, Jon came with part. When connected blew out electric in building. Jon got the power back on, but it was necessary to leave the stove off and to reorder the part. Would return in 2 days. On the 3rd day I called to find out if the part came in and when would it be installed. Part was in, too busy to install. At my insistence Jon said he would come Saturday May 30 at 3pm. He came, installed part, apologized.I did not expect to rate this experience A.In the end it all worked out. The repair was professionally done.

Description of Work: The service technician (Nich) inspected our HE top-load washer. He told us they have seen this issue before and were unable to repair the washer. Nich told us the only possible fix was to replace the entire wiring harness and there was no guarantee this would fix the problem. He identified several options such as purchasing a new washer which we did. We were not charged a service call. Really appreciate the honesty of the technician. I would definitely call them for future service needs.
