Description of Work: Sweep bar was broken. Metal round pieces falling into ice. Repairman put the bar back in place and told me the metal pieces were not a problem! The next day the bar broke again and now it will not stop making ice constantly! Have used this company before without major problems. Not again.

Description of Work: The repair man came in and diagnosed (incorrectly) a water intake valve. 6 days later he returned to install and dishwasher still did not work. He then said it was control panel. When (5 days later) to see when he was coming back he quit! Said he didn’t want my job! Called new company. They came in and found small part of sippy cup lodged in hose. Works great now. New repair man had to reinstall water intake valve as it was put in incorrectly!!! So not only did he quit on the job-he incorrectly diagnosed 2x would have cost 300. Plus for parts when it was a tiny piece of plastic blocking the hose. 😡😡

TECH CAME OUT ON TIME, WAS PLEASANT. HE HAD TO TAKE APART SOME OF THE OVEN TO GET TO THE PART AND PUT EVERYTHING BACK. HE TOOK YELLOW PAGES COUPON.

THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY HONEST. HE WAS UP FRONT IN HIS EVALUATION, AND HIS OPINION WHETHER IT SHOULD BE REPAIRED OR NOT.
