Great service!! I called in the afternoon and a serviceman came the SAME DAY. Parts were needed so he needed to come back. Serviceman returned the next morning and completed the job. Great experience with this company.

Saturday morning our dryer started making noise and All American was one of the very few companies I could find that would service the dryer yet this weekend. They provided a 1:00 to 5:00 timeslot for Sunday and the technician arrived at 2:45 and promptly serviced he dryer as well as addressed concerns he had with the dryer vent which may have been causing heat buildup in the dryer which affected the bushing. All in all it turned out o be a good experience.

we did not repair but we were so thankful that they came right over, ON A SATURDAY and didn't charge extra.

We called them because the shelving had ripped out of the back of my refrigerator. Matt came out and spent a lot of time with me. He had a few ideas on how to fix it, and even went out and got some supplies. When he came back to try some of the things, he noticed that if he could reconfigure the shelving he could just put supports in and he wouldn't have to make a mess of things. I was so glad that he came up with the solution because I thought that I was going to have to purchase a new refrigerator. Matt had to come out twice. He was very nice and was willing to take a lot of time to help me. He spent more time thinking about it than actually doing the repair, but I was pleased with his work.

Their service was great. They were very responsive to my need. They were offering a coupon and the price was extremely reasonable. It only took him about fifteen minutes to fix it. I would highly recommend them to others.

When Jack came back to replace the valve my son was home to let him in. When I walked into the kitchen there was a huge puddle of water on the laminate floor surrounding the refrigerator(which alone could cause warping on a laminate floor), I immediately grabbed some towels and threw them on the floor as he was still working on the refrigerator. He said he had opened up all the lines to make sure they were cleaned out. The ice maker and water d dispenser were working after he left but within 24 hours our laminate floor began to warp around the refrigerator and was gradually working its way out into the center of the kitchen. We called and spoke to Boris and was told he would send Jack back out to look at the refrigerator and that if there was not a leak he was not responsible for the damaged floor. Boris also told us that if Jack had allowed water to leak onto the floor he would have cleaned it up, which did not happen. I cleaned up the water. Jack came back and found there was a leak that was occurring every time water was being dispensed from the refrigerator, it was leaking underneath the laminate flooring and causing major warping all around the refrigerator. Our son was home at the time and was told by Jack that the floor damage was caused by a dishwasher that was not or could not be hooked up to water in its current location(where the floor was damaged). Jack then called me at work and tried to tell me the same thing, when I know water has never been in the dishwasher in that location. He then claimed the leak was a new problem that occurred the day he repaired the original valve problem. So he disconnected the water filtration system (Which is what he is claiming is causing the new leak). We called Boris and asked when he was going to send someone out to look at the floor, we were told it was not his problem. We have now spoke to an attorney and are in the process of getting estimates on the floor as well as REPUTABLE & HONEST appliance repair people to testify on our behalf.

Went pretty well. The price was a little high relative to the value of the dishwasher, but I think that is probably standard procedure. We liked the technician and he was friendly.

Called All American Appliance to talk to a service person. He called back within the hour and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Called in the morning to set up the time and showed up at the stated time. Work was diagnosed quickly and done promptly, cleaned up after the works was done. Excellent service.

I am quite pleased with the service. My only complaint is that they would not give me the option of first call of the day. I was willing to wait a few days to get first call so that I would know for certain when they would arrive. Instead, I was given the 0800 - 1200 appt. time. Fortunately for me, I was able to make arrangements for someone to be at the house by 1100 so that I could go to work. As it turned out, the technician did not arrive until 1200, and was at the house for some time after 1200 to perform the work.

They were very good. They were prompt and came right out to do the work when they said they would. They gave me a time frame for the work to be completed and stuck by that time frame.

Customer service was able to offer a next day appointment at a time convenient to me. The service person arrived at the appointed time (calling on his way). Looked at washer, consulted a list he had with him and quoted me a price. Fixed the problem by changing out a part. Technician was nice, seemed to know what he was doing. Originally reconnected the hoses backward (cold to hot and vice versa) but tested that and fixed it immediately. I thought the cost was a little high, based on the time spent, especially since I used a Yellow Pages coupon which covered the "service call" charge. However, it was the amount he "estimated" when he arrived.

They came out the same day I called, so I was impressed with their response. They quickly determined the problem and fixed it. The washer is working fine now and I found them to be very reliable and honest.

The company repair man was great. We needed our ice maker repaired. There was a problem with the line and shut off valve downstairs in out ceiling. He spent about 45 minutes trying to fix that before he actually got up in the freezer. He found a problem also with the ice maker and repaired that very quickly. I also had a top shelf missing from by door. He ordered it at his cost and sent it immediately.

It went very well. I missed their first visit. Forgot it completely but they rescheduled me very promptly and courteously. Allan arrived on time - though I hated for him to have to work on a Sunday. He was polite, competent, and efficient. I was pleased all around.

I was given the names of 2 other companies. When I called them, they both said that they did not come to my area. I think this should be noted before a referral is given.

They were very professional, on time, did quality work, and were extremely reasonably priced.

There was a strange smell coming from the dryer. This dryer came with the house. It's pretty old. It is also a gas dryer and I've not had much experience with gas dryers. The smell caused me concern. Jason was on time, polite, and professional, and listened to my concerns. I felt a little silly when he showed me a place where he thought some lint had ignited near the pilot light. He suggested that the smell might be coming from the burned lint. He looked the dryer over and told me that it appeared to be in good working order. I've used this company in the past. The employees are always polite and they do a good job. They always show up when they say they will.

Service technician was on time and polite and charged us nothing!

Delayed respsonse, first service came on a Friday one day after initial call, he did not have parts on truck to repair either problem even though model numbers had been provided. He came back second time on the following Monday. He successfully replaced the refrigerator part, but after much work was unable to solve the leak problem and recommended that I call a Maytag repairman. The Maytag man came 2 days later and repaired the dishwasher for $137.50. The part he replaced that fixed the leak was not the part diagnosed by All American, so I am not convinced that All American is well versed on Maytag units.

Service & price measured up to the expectation we had from the Angie's list recommendations.

I would never call them again. They were an hour and a half late. I felt the price was not reasonable for the work that they did. They said the unit had a jam cutter, and I had to pay $72 for the work. They came to look at the refrigerator initially and told me they would call me back with the price of the part, because they had to order it. They also wanted me to consider ordering another part in case they cracked another part while they were doing the repair. The part they wanted me to consider ordering, the extra part has a hairline crack in it. They just wanted to be cautious. I decided against that and did not have them do the work for the refrigerator. They told me they would refund me $14.95, which was the service fee for the second appliance. After I look at the overall picture, I'm just not going to use them again.

Gary said there was something obstructing the line, and it was not heating the heating element. He was very courteous, on time, and very thorough. He did his work in a timely manner. We were very pleased with him. He only charged us for the service charge because he did not have to use any equipment.

RELIABLY QUICK AND AT A REASONABLE COST.

GEORGE WAS PROMPT AND EFFICIENT AND WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN. THEY HAD A COUPON IN THE YELLOW PAGES FOR A FREE SERVICE CALL WHEN THE REPAIR IS OVER $50 THAT I WAS NOT AWARE ABOUT- GEORGE WAS KIND ENOUGH TO MENTION IT AND IT SAVED ABOUT $30.

JASON WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. THEIR FEE STRUCTURE IS VERY REASONABLE.
