My main complaint is the company's scheduling, which is the reason I would not use them again. The people answering the phones set up 2 appointments in one month (one a day in advance, another 4 days in advance). However, I received a call in the morning of both appointments saying they would have to reschedule because they did not have the right technician available. While I accepted the rescheduled appointment times, they were not as convenient for me, and it was frustrating that they agreed to the appointment time and could not accommodate me not once, but twice. On the second appointment the manager called me to arrange for me to only have a slightly modified appointment time, however it still was not as convenient for me as my originally scheduled time and seemed like a hassle because of the rearrangements they had to make. Not to mention, their records apparently did not reflect the correct technician that came out the first time. The technicians were, however, polite and professional. After looking at my dishwasher at the first appointment and making recommendations, we got it working again. Soon after, the error came back. The second appointment was at no charge because it was within a month for the same issue. The second time they pulled the dishwasher out, took a look, made some recommendations and provided a quote. Once they put it back, it started making a new squeaking sound it didn't before, but the error hasn't come back as much. With their scheduling system as it is, I did not even tell them about the noise or try to schedule an appointment again even though I believe they have good technicians. It is because of their technicians, however, that I still gave them a B rating. .

I was quickly and efficiently able to schedule my appointment. When the service technician came out, he gave me an estimate on my oven. He also told me the reason my fridge was leaking was because I needed to clean out the bottom drainage. He was fair in that he didn't charge me labor to clean it himself: He said I should clean it to save myself some money. That being said, he was in my house for maybe 10 minutes, and I was charged $75. I know service calls aren't cheap, but it still seemed a bit pricey to do a once-over and be on his way.

Our freezer started to break down and thaw everything, and it was a Saturday. We were fortunate to find a company that didn't have a higher weekend rate. The dispatch had a technician (Matt) on site within an hour and a half, and he was able to diagnose the problem. It was either the start switch ($200), or the compressor (new fridge). Unfortunately, since it was the weekend, he wasn't able to obtain the part, and we had to wait until Monday. Come Monday, Matt came by at the time he specified, and within 15 minutes, had the fridge and freezer back up and running. Matt was very professional, and upfront and honest about the repairs. The biggest thing I appreciate about the company is that we wouldn't have had to pay for the new switch if it ended up being that we needed to buy a new refrigerator. We would have simply had to pay for the service call ($49).

I have two houses on the estates that I manage and in one of the houses the dryer sounded like it was going to explode and in the second house I get a call that the refrigerator stopped working. All American Appliance was out the next day and was able to get both units up and working that day.

Our dryer quit heating and I called All American Appliance for the repair. They scheduled us for the following day. Jason arrived on time, and he was quick to analyze the problem. He said our heating element had cracked, and he had a replacement on hand. It only took him about 15 minutes to change the element. He was neat, and even vacuumed out the inside of our dryer for us. Overall, we were very happy with the company and Jason. We would definitely use them/him again.

It went quite well. He knew what to do and did it. If there was anything to nit pick, he was to call us on his way but didn't. It wasn't a problem for us that day.

set up appt very quickly, next day. but window for arrival was very long, like cable guys, 4 hours. serviceman did call me before arrival. repairman did no more than was suggested on internet searches. he assumed part was broken, as suggested by google searches, changed it. part is only $15 online. they charged quite a bit more for repair. After the part was rec'd, the repairman did come on 12/23. That was really a great service from him.

We called All-American on a Saturday to come check out our oven, which was not heating properly. They were able to arrange someone to be there the next day (Sunday), and also said that the service call fee could be applied to the overall bill if we chose to use them. The repairman was prompt, very friendly and explained what he was doing at each step of the way. He had the defective part with him and was able to quickly make the repair. We would definitely use All-American again.

Randy has worked on both our washer and dryer. Both times fixed the problem effectively and at a fair, reasonable price. Also fixed other minor issues without large extra charges. Responsive, punctual and conscientious. Plus, he doesn't make me feel embarrassed about my incredibly messy basement! My go-to guy for appliance repair.

I have had a problem with water leakage from my washing machine. I have had three other repairmen examine it but they couldn't find the source of the problem, and needless to say I've been pretty frustrated. When I called All-American Appliance they were very friendly and efficient. Brian was able to come to my home within a few hours. He had impressive expertise, and was also very pleasant.

As much as no one likes their refrigerator to go out - this was done as easy as possible

The person who answered the phone was extremely nice and helpful. She scheduled the appointment for the very next morning between 8 and 12. The repairman was prompt and very nice. When he saw the issue I do believe based on his expression that he knew that he was not capable fixing the issue. He did tell us that it would cost of $98 before he took the door apart. He unscrewed the door and told us it was completely cosmetic and that he would be unable to fix it, screwed the door back on and told us it would be $98. There was some splatter on the inside of the glass and he didn't even wipe this off while he had the door apart. If he would have only charged us the service fee of $49, we would have understood. Gas is high and he showed up, so a service fee was definitely valid. With that said, he was here a total of 20 minutes max.

He did a good job. We were very satisfied. He came in and found the problem. He returned the next day to do the repair after getting the part. We were very pleased.

The light in my refridgerator did not work, even though I replaced it with a new bulb. When I called All American Appliance, I was told the repairman would call before he came. Jason called within the hour of making the phone call and was out shortly thereafter. He told me the problem with the connector, repaired it quickly and accepted my Angie's List coupon. He was very pleasant and did the work quickly.

They were great and best of all HONEST.

The service person from All American showed up on time and quickly identified the problem, which turned out to be a failed microprocessor chip. The only problem was that he didn't carry the replacement with him and had to go back to the office to find out if a replacement part was available. Fortunately they had one, but had to reschedule the repair for the next day. Other than the inconvenience of having to be at home for a second visit, the service was performed quickly and professionally. The service person also took the time to explain why we had to pay $49 for the service call even though they claim to waive the service fee for repairs greater than $49. (Apparently they subtract the fee from the final bill - what are the odds that the final bill was inflated by $49??).

Called All American Appliance to schedule a service call when our washing machine wasn't running properly. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The repairman called in advance to let me know he was on the was. He was very professional and honest. In the end, it was not worth the money to repair our machine. He advised me regarding the pros and cons about what type of new washer to purchase, etc. Very helpful!

The first repairman came out on a Monday and was here 2 minutes and said he didn't know what was wrong with the refrigerator (the interior lights were blinking on and off like a strobe light) he wasn't familiar with our model (Whirlpool Gold french door) but would go back to the office to see who could look at it. Later in the day we got a call saying another service man would be out first thing the next morning. At 1:00 pm I finally called to see where he was since he hadn't shown up and was told he should have been there early in the day, but they would see if he had time and have him out in the afternoon. I told them to cancel that I was calling someone else. So they never worked on my refrigerator so I can't rate them on that but as for as punctuality, responsiveness, and professionalism they did not pass.

It turned out fine; they ordered a part then came back a week later to repair the dishwasher. It was a standard service call and I will use them again in the future.

Technician arrived early. He was not the friendliest person at first, but he diagnosed the problem within seconds and proceeded to perform the repair. The repair was done quickly and everything worked perfectly. I noticed that the technician did not clean up the old part/wrapping afterwards. Not a huge deal, but just a note about professionalism. I would hire them again. They did the job and responded quickly.

They came out on short notice. The gentlemen covered his shoes. He went and picked up necessary parts. There were no additional charges for having to go pick up parts. The work did take a little longer, as I was on a tight schedule, but I was happy with the repairs performed and have had no problems since.

The technician did his analysis, shared his findings, and since no repair work was needed, did not charge for his visit.
