It took a bit longer to get the parts than expected but, once they came, all activities proceeded in schedule. The family is very happy to have the dryer back in operation.

I used the temporary fix because it did take some time for him to find the part. But the refrigerator was working from the time he left after the first appointment. The part was installed a while later, and there have been no further problems.

He could have told us anything as we know nothing about refrigerators, but he was totally honest, on time and I'll always call him for any service in the future, if required.

The job was done promptly and, very professional. He also had the parts to repair it on hand.

It went fine and it works fine. It works fine; it was a spare refrigerator that I had. I was not sure if it was even going to be worth having it repaired. I had the deal from Angie’s list and that is one of the reasons why I used this company. If it was not going to be worth repairing, I was not going to be out a service call. That was one of the reasons why I chose to use them. The service man that did come out to do the repair, said that it would be worth doing the repair, because they do not make refrigerators like that anymore. He gave me an estimate of what it would cost, so I could decide one way or another what I could do. He told me upfront what it would cost and diagnosed the problem right away. I called them and they said that it would take a week to get out here and I asked if they took Saturday appointments and they said they did, so he came that Saturday, which was convenient for me. There was no extra charge for coming out on a Saturday. It was a fan that was shot. He had the part on his truck, so he was able to replace it. He did not have any objections to me watching. The whole repair was done in half an hour. They came when they said it would be done. I think it may have been a little on the high side. I will use them again.

The guy was prompt in coming out to take care of the issue. They listened to my description in a way that a homeowner and not an appliance person would and I am sure that it was crazy sounding. He came out with a low technical solution that has fixed our problem.

Glen was the repairman. He called fifteen minutes before he came, the initial service call was supposed to be between 12:00 and 5:00 and he arrived right at 12:00. He looked over the situation. Found many things wrong with the installation that made it difficult for him to get to the parts he needed and really went the extra distance to make the dishwasher drain. He understood the problem, but also knew it would cost a lot if we had to remove the dishwasher because the countertop would have to be removed. Glen continued to try different things and was able to shift the draintube to alleviate the problem. Very kind and professional.

My clothes dryer was making a terrible noise. Someone from All-American came out but the machine was not making the noise anymore. Without a noise, he said he couldn't diagnose a problem. He did fix a loose lint trap and gave me the Angie's List discount, which saved me $49. After he left I began doing laundry only to discover that the dryer also wasn't drying and now I had two wet loads of clothes to hang all over the house. I called the company back and was told that the service man would return the next day somewhere between 8 am and noon, the same time frame I had waited the first time around. When he returned he opened the dryer and reported that he couldn't find the code book to diagnose the problem. He said it could take awhile to order a new one. He said he would have to charge me $100 to take the dryer completely apart, and it might be a costly repair for a 7 year old dryer. I got the feeling that he really did not want to open it up and investigate it further. In the end I opted to get a second opinion from another provider. They came out the next day and it was fixed within an hour at a reasonable cost.

It went really well. It was Allan Goodman and he was great.

Service person arrived on time. Professional and friendly. Returned to the shop for parts, and returned within the hour. Repairs were completed within the next hour. Fridge works great now.

They responded to my call right away and scheduled a time at my convenience. They accepted the Angie's LIst coupon so service call was free! John, who came and examined, ordered the part and scheduled to return the next day (again around my schedule) was terrific. Very clear and down to earth, explained everything, professional. Came when he said he would, did what he said he would and more than that, was a pleasure to have in the house. I trust him and them and will call them for all my appliance repairs. He was even very common sense about a microwave that wasn't working quite right and advised me not to waste my money on repair. Thanks to John and All-American. This stuff is never easy and it's always an inconvenience, but he made it the best situation it could be.

I had to buy a new machine and the company didnot want to take the old machine away because it was dissassemble.

Responded to call right away, next day. Technician (Jason) evaluated problem, and confirmed our suspicion that the defroster was not working properly (has been a chronic problem since the unit was purchased 8 years ago!). Had to replace the "mother board". Repair was very expensive due to cost of part from Sears, but All American gave us their Angie's List discount, and their charges were very reasonable.

We noticed ice on the shelf of our freezer. We defrosted it and thought everything was fine after that. But the next day there was even more. We looked on Angie's list for a reputable member with good ratings and hopefully a coupon. We really liked the reviews for this company more than the others ................ (after hitting "SUBMIT" the rest of my comment was deleted and I don't remember everything I said. Plus I am wearing a wrist and thumb brace so it is hard to type so excuse me if I just shorten my comment) We were very happy with the quick service and Jason, the technician, even though the part to the icemaker that he replaced was defective (it happens). He came back and installed another which works great. We would definitely recommend All American Appliance.

John arrived around 4 PM and was very professional. We describe the issue and the small amount of water that concerned us. John opened the washer and began his work shortly after arriving. He was familiar with our model and described a few things that could cause a leak. He worked for approximately 30 min, tightened one hose inside the unit and basically said that he could not find anything that appeared to be leaking. He told us that his service call was good for 90 days and if we had any signs of leak to stop the machine and call him. He said he really needed to be there when in was leaking. All of this was very understandable. We have been on vacation so we have lots of laundry to do, so far no more leaks. John was very professional and we were very comfortable with his efforts and the work completed. We have in the past used another repair service who was not available for at least a week. We will call All American first the next time we need service.

The service was done well and efficiently and the technician was prompt and courteous. They accepted my Angie's List coupon so there was no service call charge. I will definitely use them again.

After an initial hiccup with the first repairman sent out, the owner (Boris) went out of his way to see if they could make us happy and sent in what I assume is his best man. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgable and was able to fix the problem very quickly. Things in this life don't always go smoothly but I believe it is how a business owner handles concerns and objections that makes them professionals. Boris does it right, and all is well in the end.

Michael arrived on time & was quick to determine what the problem was with our washer. He was courteous and professional. He had to order the part and come back in a few days to install it. When Michael installed the part he was done in minutes. I was very pleased with his service and would definitley hire them again.

The person who came was very professional. He called to let me know he was on his way, and I found out quickly what was wrong with my water dispenser. He was knowledgable about my specific brand and gave me pointers that will delay buying a new unit for a while. While he was here, he gave me a second opinion on my washer. He confirmed I needed a new one due to the expense of replacing a ball bearing on my specific model.

Call in the morning an requested an after 2:30pm appointment. They accommodated the request and came out that afternoon. They made the repair at a very reasonable rate. Will definitely use them again!

They came immediately and determined what parts were needed and suggested that at least one of the drawers was going to be over $500 and if we could live with the crack we might want to do that. We then aproved all the other repairs needed and as soon as the parts came in they installed them.

The service repairman, Jason, was very efficient in assessing and ordering the necessary part. He allowed us time to cost compare and even double checked prices for us.

They had the washer fixed in two days despite the fact that they had to order a part from Atlanta. Furthermore I was impressed that they had the part shipped by air so that we wouldn't be without the washer over the weekend. It's working just fine now.

The young man who came was prompt and knowledgeable. He arrived the same day we called. He gave clear explanations and was very clean. He was also sympathetic to the fact the washing machine was in our tenants' apartment and they had been rough on the unit since he had rental units himself. He also gave a quick fix to the tenants' garbage disposal for free. The service fee was the most reasonable of all the companies I called Definitely will use them again

I wish they had asked us our brand in the beginning and sent the right repairman out to start with. That would have saved at least one trip and a few days of being without a refrigerator. It took over week from the first call to when the fridge was finally repaired. In the end, they did make good on repairing the machine and did not give us any hassle when we had to call back for follow visits.
