The repairman diagnosed the problem but didn't have the part to make the repair. After 5 days, he came back and completed the job. Overall I was satisfied with the job even though it took a week to have the repair finished.

Very well. The technician/repairman, Benji, was knowledgeable, pleasant and respectful. We have not had people in our home due to COVID, but he was careful to use a mask and keep appropriate social distance while assessing and later fixing our problem. He knew immediately that our problem was the motor and instead of saying right away that we needed a new machine, he said that he thought that a replacement motor was the way to go. We agreed. He had to order the new motor and the company called to fix a followup appointment about 10 days later. Since we were doing the repair with their company, we did not have to pay for the original service call. Benji came back and did the replacement very efficiently and we are in business again for a total of US $ 269. A very good deal compared to buying a new machine. Thanks to All American Appliance Service, Benji and also Cindy who responded to my initial call. We are very satisfied with their services and would call on them again.

Fantastic company that went above and beyond for me. They were punctual, professional and did a top notch repair job on my washer in a very timely manner. What set this company apart from other companies is that it’s locally owned, been in business 40 years and is run like an old school business (that’s hard to find these days). They offer unmatched customer service, superior work, and great prices. The company manager/owner took my order personally over the phone. I knew I was in competent hands and ones I could trust. I must mention something about our service technician (who in addition to the above mentioned) is the reason I plan to give this company my lifelong loyalty and business. His name is George (@city location) and honestly speaking, I don’t think I’ve come across a kinder more patient person who’s come to my home for any type of job. I must have wasted at least an hour of his extra time (inadvertently) due to a mixup I made with my credit card (100% my fault). This mistake(s) caused this sweet man to have to leave my home and come back to my door from his car THREE separate times. He had to then write out three separate service orders, voiding the first two. The temp was close to 100 F that day, and I’ll tell you, he couldn’t have been kinder or more patient about it. When I told him how sorry I was for taking time away from his other customers, he said, “You are my customer right now.” I was so impressed by this as well as the company and workmanship overall. Afterwards, I called and spoke with the company’s manager/owner, Boris, to explain what had happened. He also, was such a kind, personable and understanding individual who listened and thanked me repeatedly for my service. Ben did a great job on site--friendly, informative and left the job site clean. This was a big job--replacing all the internal components of a washer, and he got it done in a reasonable amount of time. I called All American after a different repair service went out and diagnosed the problem (and was not happy with them). Boris at AA took the time to explain things about these types of washers (and the problems he personally has had with them). The difference in customer service vs. the first shop I worked with was night and day. Only nitpick was that they forgot to call me (landlord/owner of the property) as requested when they were on the way over, but it worked out fine.

The original repair went fine, needed a new belt, but another issue arose after he left. He came back and discovered a wire had become disconnected and also fixed the exhaust hose that came loose when I pulled out the dryer without charge. He even vacuumed out the inside of the dryer.

Company was very responsive initially on my first call. The tech was on time and diagnosed quickly. Came back once the part that was broken was shipped. Was in and out! Very polite would definitely hire again.

Our technician was efficient and was able to perform the repair without a second person to move the dryer out of the closet, which has always been "required" before. The cost was about half the other estimate I received.

Terrible Charged me $268.95 to replace the washing machine drain pump. Took the guy 5 minutes to do it. I was not home when he came at 5:15 when he was supposed to come between 12 & 5. He said he had to call his manager to get pricing. That’s when he went to his personal vehicle, no All American Appliance vehicle, and called his manager. He told my wife it would be $268.95! She said wow that’s a lot! She watched him flip the machine over, remove 4 screws and replace the part. Literally took him 5 minutes max. The receipt had no pricing breakdown. Just the exorbitant total $268.95. I called the manager the next day. He was out and when I called back 4 hours later he said he’d just gotten back. I asked him to break down the pricing and he said I’ll have to call you back. I said you don’t know your own pricing? Nope! He called back an or so later. He said actually the person overcharged you a bit. Really! Do do the job it was $189.00. The part was $49.95. So that’s $238.95 No tax? First mistake. I said $189.00 for something that took 5 minutes? I looked up the part on Luna Parts website that was on the box he left the old part in. It would have cost me $16.27. Less is you buy quantities. Don’t you think that pricing is ridiculous! After bantering back and forth he agreed to send me a $100.00 refund. Which technically is the $30.00 he overcharged to start and the $69.00 service fee that was to be deducted if we did the repair. He said will that make you happy? I said nope! Do not recommend this company!

Terrible. Took 7 days for it to be complete because they did not have the right parts and instead of the tech coming back the next day to finish it would show up late in the day and then say either he forgot the part or had the wrong part. 2 days he stated he would show to complete the job and then did not show at all

Andrew was absolutely fabulous. He was on time, clean appearance, geared up for safety/health, courteous, patient, respectful, knowledgeable, and proficient in resolving the problem with my freezer. He had the necessary equipment to fix the issue including a replacement parts to install.

I got a call right away to schedule an appointment to diagnose problem and gave me an estimate. The repairman came back a few days later with the part to fix the machine. It works perfectly!, I will use them again
