The repairman was professional and recommended replacement parts and mother board. We did opt to buy a replacement ice maker and motherboard; however the ice maker stopped working (again) after a few months of operation. We do not believe All American Appliances is the cause of why it is not working, it's an issue with the refigerator manufacturer. The motherboard replacement seems to have taken care of the fluctuating freezer temperature.

The technician explained everything in easy to understand terms, ordered the necessary part then returned the next day and installed.

I called and they had a repairman over within 24 hours. Ben was honest and diagnosed the problem and cost to fix it, which wasn't worth the price.

Called and had an appointment the next day. Service technician (Jon) was polite, knowledgable, professional. Price for two visits (one for dishwasher and one for gas stove top) were ~ $100 each. Repairs were simple and quickly done. Very satisfied and would use them again.

I called on a Saturday AM and a live person answered instead of an answering machine, which is a miracle in and of itself. I was able to schedule a repair call the same day. In addition, they were able to come at a time that did not conflict with another appointment I already had. The repairman, Mike S. called before coming and was prompt. He did an excellent job of fixing the machine and showing what was wrong and what I could do to avoid the problem in the future, which I appreciate. The repair cost was very reasonable too.

Service was very prompt. John was here within two hours of our call. Unfortunately, he had to put a fan on order. Nobody wants to hear that. However, to his credit, he was here by 10 AM the next morning and replaced the fan. At the end we were only out about ten dollars for bags of ice (plus the repair). We will use this company again. This positive experience was a world of difference from another provider, when our dishwasher was out of service for two months.

All-America was unable to complete the project because of lack of technical ability. They refunded the initial fee ($90), but when a new service company took over the job, the existing ice-maker had been trashed, along with all the connections. An entirely new ice-maker will need to be installed with new service lines costing hundreds of dollars. I'm considering legal action against the company.

Receptionist was very negative about the brand of my fridge. LG. 1st appointment they did not come in the predicted time window (8-12), didn't call, and person waiting had to leave. 2nd appointment technician "couldn't move the fridge" because there was some grout around the legs. It just breaks free, I did it myself. Told us fridge was unfixable/ would cost way too much as it was a closed system. Told me to get a new fridge. They could have said that on the phone and saved a call and me paying someone to be there twice. Or, he could have moved the fridge. He was concerned about not damaging the floor. Fair enough, but the flooring people said it wasn't a problem. Technician said that people delivering a new fridge would just leave it in the middle of the floor and wouldn't deal with the old one due to the grout. Overall a rather discouraging experience. I paid for a service call, not that expensive. Went out and got a new fridge. :( That was expensive. Oh well.

G-R-E-A-T experience! Company was very responsive to my first call and set up an appointment. Nick, my serviceman, kept me informed as to when exactly he would be at my home. After he diagnosed the problem, he ordered a part and set up a follow-up appointment. Again, he kept me informed as to when he would be at my house. He arrived and expertly replaced the errant valve. The work done was clean, efficient, and reasonably priced, while performed in a minimum amount of time. I would highly recommend this company!!

First visit on 12/10 to diagnose, had to order parts. Returned 12/17, repair completed in less than an hour.

Excellent. He reset the system and told me to wait to replace the system board unless it failed again. Only charged for the service visit.

The people at All American were very polite and professional. The technician arrived on time and he was able to fix the dryer within 20 - 30 minutes of arriving. The price charged was very reasonable and they provided a good warranty for their work. Very satisified and will definitely use them again if needed.

Both times they were on the early side of their window. The fridge repairman apologized that it was going to be so expensive and it was less than I had feared. Then the final bill was less than what he quoted me AND he ordered some extra replacement parts (filter and shelf). He charged me their cost of those parts and installed them at no charge. The dishwasher - he only charged me the minimum house call because the repair was quick. Both guys were great!

Ice maker was fixed and is still working. We got estimate and chose to get new dryer and dishwasher, because it didn't make sense for us to put the money towards repairs. They recommended that we should get a new dishwasher. I later called them to fix issue with my parents refrigerator and stove. They came out as scheduled and fixed the problem quickly and the cost was very reasonable.

We are a small non-profit and we wanted to be billed for the services due to the way our invoices are set up. The person who answered the phone was very unprofessional and could not answer my question about billing us. He asked the supervisor who then needed to email me some type of billing agreement form. He would not schedule the technician which by the way was for the next day until I filled out this form and emailed it back. Seems like the only thing they are concerned with is money and not customer service.

The leak was never resolved. I was told the gasket would need to bordered and I would hear back within a week. I called after two weeks and was told they would come out between 8 and 12 on Saturday (2 days later). At noon on Saturday, I called to find out where they were, I was told I was never on the schedule. The girl on the phone was short and rather rude with me. I was then scheduled for between 8 and 12 on Monday. I called at 11:30 to make sure they were still coming. They said it would be a few more minutes. The serviceman arrived after 12 and was here for over an hour making the repair.
