We called on Thanksgiving Day and our call was taken by a live person at their answering service. Within an hour, Boris called back to determine what we wanted one and asked if he could call again the next day from the office at about 7 am. He called that day at 7:15 am and had a great service person (Jon B.) at our house by 10 am. The required part was not on the truck, so Jon said he would return the next day. He did so at 10 am and repaired the dishwasher and installed the disposal. Great service, great price, and great personality.

The service man came out and reviewed our refrigerator. There were two different things wrong. He explained exactly what was wrong and priced both items. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

My machine wasn't draining and it turned out it was just clogged and not the engine like I feared.

Nick came out and answered all my questions. He was extremely professional. The first time he came out he needed to order parts. The company called and let me know the parts were running a little late and we rescheduled the second appointment over the phone. Nick came back and got everything working quickly. He even helped take apart components so I could clean them thoroughly before loading any food.

Superb. The technician diagnosed the issue in a just a few minutes. Unfortunately the condenser was in poor shape, and I was facing an expensive repair. He was very honest and told me with the age of the frig, it was probably not worth trying to fix; the repair may cost as much as a new unit. I went ahead and purchased a new one a couple weeks later. It was time at 15 years of use. I was very appreciative of All American Appliance Service for advising me that a repair was probably not a wise investment. Honesty goes a long way.

Great! The tech, Mike S., was extremely knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. He explained the issues with the dishwasher and what caused them. He also gave me recommendations for keeping it in good working order. All American Appliance Service and Mike S. are my new "go to" guys for all appliance issues.

Mike S did a professional job after making an estimate on day 1 and returning with parts on day 2. He basically had to take the whole dryer apart to install a rear bearing kit and front bearing with glides. He also cleaned the areas that we can't access with normal care.

Great. Mike S. was super. Extremely nice and gave sound advice.

After telling their phone person the make, model, the fact that it had a large compressor on the top unit; and that my husband had run diagnostics, I worked from home to wait for the repair person. He arrived - and before I could tell him what was wrong, he said he couldn't work on it, they sent the wrong guy out. That he didn't work on built-ins. So he arranged the guy that *does* work on built-ins to come out the next day. The "built-in" repair person came the next day, only to tell me *he* couldn't work on it because my husband had vacuumed and recharged the system. He was very apologetic and nice, didn't charge for a service visit, and recommended another company. If they had a competent phone person that had at the minimum wrote down the information I had given, and relayed that to the repairmen, I would have saved myself two days of my time and could have gotten my repair done more quickly.

On time and fast service. Had parts needed on truck so work was completed in one visit

They're excellent. They're very good. They're very good when they have done more complicated procedures. They seem to be very honest, they give you a lot of good opinions, and they're very dependable. I was very satisfied. I think if you get work done, then you don't have to pay a service call or something like that, which is good. On their overall service, I'd give them an A; they're good. For punctuality, they give you a time frame like they all do, and if you're on the later end, that's just the way it is. Nobody likes to wait till the 5:00, which is the last one, but sometimes it happens. I think they're good at diagnosing problems and they're good at giving you opinions on what needs to be done, and honest about it. They're not trying to sell you anything more or do more work than they need to or anything. I think if my dryer was gone, if it wasn't good, they would let me know that too; if it wasn't worth repairing.

Benji is the man! He was here a few months ago and gave us great advice on our washer. He was back today to fix our dryer. On time, diagnosed in under a minute, was fixed within 20 minutes. Fair price both times. When you find a good business, gotta stick with em. Thanks again!

Repair work went very well. Technician also cleaned door glass while the door was disassembled. Technician also warned me that control unit for this oven is no longer available; if control unit fails in the future, the entire oven will have to be replaced.

Repair required three visits due to need for additional parts, but final results were very good.

Went very smoothly. Mike knew instantly what the problem was and ordered the part right then. He went further in scheduling a return date to install it. When he came to install, he was done in exactly the time frame he said. Although we felt it was a little on the expensive side, it was well worth it. This company was so much better than our previous repair service.

Great! Allan had things diagnosed and fixed up in about an hour. Very friendly guy and very efficient. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Made an appointment to have my stovetop assessed for a burner that was not working. The technician was late, arriving at 12:35 when I was given a 8-12 time frame. Upon arriving I explained the problem and he informs me that b/c we opened the stovetop ourselves and tried to fix the problem that he cannot work on it. This is a question that should be asked at the time the appointment is made. Worst customer service and my morning wasted. Look elsewhere.

Mike told me my old washer was not worth repairing since there were several things wrong with it. He took the time to show me each of the problems it had. Although no work was done, the $59 service call fee was very reasonable compared to similar fees from other companies. If a repair had been done, the service call fee would have been free with the coupon I printed from Angie's List.

All American Appliance sent Ben (I think) out as soon as possible. We were under a time crunch because this repair was necessitated by a home inspection and the house was closing in the next 2 days. He replaced the gasket but it did not stop the leak. He said that he would come back but there simply wasn't enough time before closing. We gave the buyer a credit for a new dishwasher.

Second time I have used All American this year. Both experiences have been great. On-time. Friendly, right to work. Had the piece to replace it with him. Said this was common in an Electrolux oven this age. Nice guy.

The technician was good. Unfortunately a small plastic lever was jammed and was part of a $300 control box.

The refrigerator was repaired at a reasonable price. The repair man informed me that I would be better off getting a new dishwasher. The repair man was great. Very professional and knowledgeable about his job.

What started as a bad experience left me very, very impressed. Our fridge was leaking, so we called in All American, who we had used before happily, to service the repair. The initial repair and interaction with the tech was disappointing, but the company manager handled my frustration in a fantastic manner. After the first tech left the ice maker wasn't working, so the manager sent out another man to trouble shoot, cost free. In the end the ice maker needed to be replaced, but they only charged me the cost of the part, not labor, as a way of making up for the first disappointing situation. I was very impressed and very thankful for the intentional, sacrificial customer service. The second man was very personable, punctual and informative. We will call them again with any further maintenance needs.
