 + -1 moreJim Spudich is working closely with me ( the Owner) doing the upper portion of the walls and I am doing the lower. Job site is left clean each day. Jim was the lowest bid and his work is very professional. I've used other good companies in the past. It's easy to compare his work with theirs. Phase 1is complete and we will continue to Phase 2. Jim started his business after working for many years with other good contractors. It's a fairly new business -- maybe he is trying a little harder. He and his crew are great. Paul Marshall. PE
Description of Work: Grinding (3/4"+/-) old mortar and repointing in a large open areaway between two buildings -- actually about the size of three faces of a large two story building. 2:1 mortar mix with fine river sand, Type -N mortar and dark color mix on 100 year old building.
