They Told me they could do the job in the cold winter ,as they have heaters, to keep the house warm, After i pay 1/2 down , i get conned into waiting until weather was warm, as the contract was singed. After the work was done, I see they broke my sewer grate, After numeris calls to Dennis, They send a man out, After fighting the grate sleve he brought, He used the one i hand carved, it was not done, it needed a bit more sanding, To fit proper, Rather than taking the time to sand it down ,he puts sealer on and hammers it in place, Leaves, I turn on sink and the water is hitting the side of pipe and splashing up through grate. Hard as i try , its stuck. I have made 4 or 5 calls to Dennis. Still no help. The worst ,all the other co's charge &7,000 less for the same job. & i find ,it's not burnable asbestos tile, a little water spray, & I could of removed it myself. They got the floor clean, but did about $200.00 in paint dammage to my stairway wall. When they moved a desk out. They sing a great song about saftey, but it's all bull.

When we contacted this provider by phone we were told that they could have the sample tested for $100.00 and back by the next day if we brought the sample to them. ( We were only having tested a 1X 1 inch piece of tile) If they were to come and get the sample it would be an extra $100.00. The person also told us that if that it was asbestos in our laundry room that they could have someone out to remove it by Friday of the same week. We took them the sample the following day and made it to the business at approx. 11:00 am. I was told it was probably too late and it would take another day. I said that would be fine. When I went to pay for the sample that day the man asked how much did the person on the phone quote us for a price. Wouldn't a business have a set price I wondered????? (After doing a little more research I found that this business was VERY overpriced in the cost for the testing we were having done.) Two days had passed since taking in the sample and no response from them. I decided to call and check. The sample was there but no one bothered to call us and give us the results. When I questioned the man about why I hadn't been contacted I was given excuses. I was told that they get thousands of calls each day. I was also told that they were on vacation. I was never given an apology but only excuses. Obviously this company has a hard time living up to their promises. There is no way they could have had someone out by Friday to do the clean up. Not sure if this company is overextended or just not that efficient, but I would not recommend using them.

They were very responsive and professional in the removal. They were very good about cleaning up afterwards. We didn't compare prices.

Everything went great. Dennis was extremely knowledgeable about all hazards in a home. He thouroughly perfomed all testing that he was asked to do but he also pointed many other things in the home to look for, things that were potential problems, and things that were in good shape with my house. I will be using Advanced Environmental for any future issues that come up.
