 + -1 moreTHE WORK STARTED WELL. THE SALESPERSON WERE HELPFUL AND THE WORK BEGAN IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE PROBLEMS WERE NOTICED. FIRST THE GUTTERS WERE THE WRONG SIZE. THEY WERE REPLACED WITHOUT A PROBLEM. THEN, LAST FALL THE LEAKING THAT STARTED THE WHOLE PROCESS RETURNED AND THE COMPANY WAS BROUGHT BACK. THEY NOTICED A LARGE SECTION OF THE ROOF HAD NEVER BEEN REPLACED AND THEY CONTRACTED ANOTHER COMPANY TO FINISH THE WORK. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE NOVEMBER OF 2004 BUT DID NOT TAKE PLACE UNTIL AFTER THE NEW YEAR. THE INTERNAL DAMAGE WAS ADMITTED AS A RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPANY BUT AFTER REPEATED CALLS I GAVE UP.
Description of Work: REPLACED A ROOF DAMAGED BY HAIL. REPLACED THE GUTTERS AND ADDED GUTTER GUARDS.
