ACE LOCK & KEY

Great! This weekend while traveling and playing golf someone tole my husband's bags that included work laptop / backpack, suitcase, car/house keys, iPad, etc. Even though he was out of state, police recommended we have all locks changed due to online criminal activity. I called Steve early Monday morning and he quickly got us on his schedule. Steve is a professional who provides exemplary service. I highly recommend Steve Meinhardts / Ace Lock & Key.

Great! Steve had everything he needed to get the job done. He was personable and professional. He was kind and thorough. He made sure I was confident in each lock before he left. I am giving the price a B not because I don't think it was fair for what he did- he used a lot of equipment (locks) and his time is also valuable. It was just more than I had expected to spend.

Very professional, reasonably price, on time, and very efficient. I highly recommend. The other locksmith I called was rather short and upset tone that I had my hardware, not ordered from him. Rude with his comments that he would not guarantee the work. Ace lock and key was grateful to get the job and scheduled me in rather fast. I WILL hire him again!!!

The original locks had been damaged by inadvertently re-keying. They were either inoperable or undependable. I called Ace and the owner returned my call the next morning. He could have worked me in that same day but I made the appointment for Friday. He arrived early, assessed the problem in about 10 minutes and spent a very warm 2 hours replacing and re-keying three locks. I was delighted with the quick service and professionalism.

I have old Victorian doors. Steve the technician spent an hour taking pictures and deciding which lock would look best with my door. He was so professional and such a craftsman. I would highly recommend him.
