Absolute was great to work with. They were on time for everything and very attentive to every detail. The estimator and installers were really on top of things and very careful. The time to get the work done was very good and the price was good. On a previous job they did for me there was a slight problem with the cut on the marble. No questions asked they took it back and made the adjustments and were back within 2 days to install it. I decided to use them again because of how they handled this. I would definitely recommend them as great!

We purchased a new gas range and discovered on Friday morning the existing granite counterop opening was about an eighth inch too narrow for the new appliance. To make matters worse, work was to begin on refacing kitchen cabinets the following week. We called several granite providers and were told there would be about a 1-2 week delay in getting someone out to shave off the counter opening at approximately three times the cost of this provider. Absolute worked us in the Monday following our Friday call. The two workers suggested removing the granite countertop from one side of the range opening and taking it outside to grind to prevent dust in the house. It worked perfectly; they reinstalled the countertop and the job was completed in less than an hour. We were extemely pleased with the result and the way Absolute worked with us to keep our kitchen project on schedule. Their customer service is top-notch and we'll be sending referrals their way.

They did a great installation. Everything was as advertised if not better. They were outstanding. They were very professional from the top man to the guy who did the installation. They were very informed and answered any questions. I couldn’t have asked for more. They were the best price that I got.

As it turns out, I am not going to use them, but I was very impressed by them. It was just the pricing thing. I'm selling my home. I am trying to do for the lowest, but if I was staying in my home, I probably would have gone with them. They were really good. The salesman was really nice. He brought the installer out to the house which hardly ever happens. I had gone and looked at their showroom I guess about a month or so before they had. I had a good experience in their showroom. They were just extremely helpful and just really nice to deal with. When I went out to their showroom, the salesman that I talked to was giving me a lot of suggestions about how to make this easier. He was even telling me things to do. He was telling me things that I had never thought of that other people had not mentioned to me. So, I just really thought that they were being extremely comprehensive with their information.

Went to buy quartz counters and after suggestions and seeing samples I went with concrete. We are ver happy with the product and will use them in the future.

Absolute worked overtime at no additional cost to rectify a proplem with our cabinets. They finished the installation as promised with excellent workmanship. We are very pleased with the final product and the way our kitchen looks.

I cannot say enough good things about Absolute Tile and Stone. I hired them to install granite countertops in our newly renovated kitchen. I got two other bids before I hired them. Absolute Tile and Stone had the best price and a great selection to choose from. I was very overwhelmed in the beginning because there are so many choices, but they made it easier and gave me some good advise to make my granite choice a fun process. Every employee was very friendly and very helpful (and I mean "every" employee). I talked to several of the workers and they love working for AT&S. Happy workers create a better product. They have so much pride in their work it really shows. They also really care about the customer. We had a slight problem installing our faucet because of the cabinets we had installed. I called AT&S to just get some advice, but they sent someone out within 30 minutes to fix the situation for us. The whole process was so easy and painless, that I just wish I could hire them for the rest of my home renovations. All other contractors should take a lesson from Absolute Tile and Stone. I couldn't be happier and wish them much continued success in the future.

I was installing a new kitchen faucet and soap dispenser and needed 2 holes drilled into my granite counter top. Since Absolute charges by the hour and not the hole, I could've gotten as many holes drilled as I needed within the hour for the same price. Since I only needed 2 holes drilled, they were in and out in about 15-20 minutes including setup.

Made sure I got what I was looking for. This took 2-3 weeks. Invited me to layout the granite which I did. When an unexpected & unforeseen problem arose prior to installation. They secured a contractor who speedily fixed the problem. I was very happy with whole experience!! Installation

They installed granite counter tops in our kitchen. Great experience. They were amazing in their walking us through the project. Every person we worked with was good at what they do, from sales to installation they were great.

We could not be more pleased with our new counter tops. We recently bought a new house (new to us) and the kitchen was very dated. We had gone to all the big name stores to get prices on both laminate and granite and not only was Absolute Tile WAY lower than everyone else, but they almost beat the price of one store's laminate price!!! We worked with John Clarke and he followed up with us everyday to give us updates and to see if we needed anything. I had another store that never even bothered to return a call. Not only were they competitive with their pricing, but they got everything installed weeks before anyone else could. They were great. Carolyn was awesome in getting us some remnant pricing for the bathrooms She was very informative and patient with all of our questions. The entire staff was also really patient and helpful working around our crazy travel schedule. The installers were awesome and super careful not to harm any of our hardwood floors and track dirt through the house. The contracted plumer was great too.

We used Absolute Tile and Stone to replace our kitchen countertops during a remodel. We chose our granite slab at their facility. There were so many choices, this wasn't easy. After they sent someone out for measurements, it took a couple of weeks to get the granite cut and installed. We are happy with the quality of product and workmanship at a competitive price.

We are very particular about everything. So after all the marble and granite were installed, we called Absolute if we noticed even the smallest item short of perfection. Sander Coovert and JR Evans would listen, and always respond with something like: ?No problem, we?ll take care of it. We want you to be 100% satisfied. That is the reason we do this.? And they made the one-hour drive (one way) rather than just trouble shoot over the phone. They treated as if we were the most important customer in the world - during and after the sale. We have seen the TV commercials for Angie?s List and decided that the best way to get the word out about Absolute Tile & Stone was to join Angie?s List and write this letter of recommendation. During the house rebuild, we had the opportunity to work with many professional trades. In our opinion, Absolute Tile & Stone raised the bar for everyone. -

From start to finish the team at Absolute was very professional and trustworthy. After dealing with different contractors (for other items in the kitchen remodel) I felt like the crew they employ were honest and we were never pressured into buying something we did not want. The work was done to our satisfaction. There was one piece of the tops that did cause a minor scratch to our cabinets. It was in a place that was not noticeable. The installer went out of his way at the end to point out the damage. In my opinion this is the type of people that I prefer to work in my home.

We wanted to love Absolute and pass on the praises to our friends. Unfortunately it has not been a smooth process.We should have been an easy sale.Already had granite picked out and it was in stock. Showed the rep when I came in the sink and granite we wanted. We sent over measurements along with a neighbors info that they just completed. We have the same floor plan. The guy came out to do template and was scheduled for 2 wks later. They called on Friday before and I happened to ask what sink we had since no one had said a word beyond our initial conversation.Told they had it cut for the wrong sink said we will get back to you tomorrow. Was told well this is the sink that is in. :( Never heard a word so finally sent out messages on Sunday to find out if we needed to have the kitchen ready for Monday morning. Found out it was not happening. Told on Tuesday it would cost us an additional x amount of dollars since the wrong sink was cut. After going over with them the emails and original contact they discovered there was a break down in communication on their end. Apologies that we would hear the next day when they would come out. We had a week of vacation planned around the granite this week. Finally heard back today -Friday-after emailing our contact they they were coming Tuesday at 1-2. I informed the girl this was the one day I was not available but was told it was their policy to inform 24 hours prior to installation and not much could be done about it.Our last installation date we were given notice of 2 weeks before they realized we were getting the wrong sink. I was told I should have someone come to my house and wait for them on Tuesday- sadly at this time I can't trust anyone else to make sure we have the right granite and the right sink. What should have been a super easy sale has now turned into a long drawn out process. Unfortunately I would not pass on Absolutes info to my friends.

Absolute Tile was a reliable, honest, professional, and reasonably priced tiling company. They installed a backsplash in our kitchen. They got the job done, had friendly and skilled workers, and the finished product came out beautifully! They were dependable, showed up when they said they were going to, cleaned up after themselves, and finished the job in the amount of time they said they would. I highly recommend them!

Absolute Tile and Stone was great to work with. They were very professional and showed genuine concern about our needs, budget, and special requests. They worked in a timely manner. The installers worked with great care during installation and helped ensure that the special requirements of our space were handled correctly. Sander came to the house, took measurements and helped us select a type of stone and color. After we decided to go with Absolute, they were quick to come out and template the work area; they then sent out a subcontracted plumber to disconnect the sink and remove the existing counter tops. Absolute came the next morning on time and installed the new counters, attached the sink, polished the counters, sealed them and spent time giving us instruction on how to care for them. Installation crew cut holes on site for my faucet and sprayer and were gone in less than 2 hours. Subcontracted plumber returned Saturday morning to reconnect sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher (even though he said he normally doesn't work on weekends, but wasn't going to let us go all weekend without the use of our kitchen). Whole process was easy, much, much less expensive than some other bids we got and Absolute was the only place we called that had the style of granite we ended up choosing. Will use them again in the future!

The Absolute team was very professional in all aspects. They came in and did an awesome job. They were very careful with not hitting my appliances, exhaust fan, doors, walls when bringing the granite countertop in. They cleaned up after the installation. I highly recommend them.

Absolute did the leg work to help us find the marble tiles that we wanted. They presented us with multiple samples. The came by our house and surveyed the area where the floor was to be installed. They had some good recommendations on how we could accomplish a very solid installation. They began on schedule and came to our home daily until the job was complete. This is not the first time we have used Absolute Tile and it won't be the last.

Been over a week now, no communication as promised for a quote and ideas on what may have been a 4 to 5k job.... I guess they have all the business they can handle....

I went to Absolute with a drawing (including measurements) of my kitchen counters (L shaped counter top and butterfly shaped island.) They were able to give me a pretty accurate quote based on several pieces of stone I liked. It was good to be able to walk through a warehouse and look at so many slabs of available material before making a selection. Clark, the salesman, was very professional and helpful. We only had one miscommunication. He forgot to tell J.R. (one of the owners) that I was scheduled to come to the work area to look at the layout of the template on the granite. J.R. made it work when I arrived without notice. Doug came and measured the kitchen and was extremely detailed. He asked good questions and made sure he checked every corner of every template with me before he had me sign off on the templates. I like that he measured everything twice and was so detail oriented. It was also good that they use actual physical templates that I could see rather than some laser/competer program. John H. the tearout/plumbing guy did a great job removing the out the old counter tops and re hooking the sink and disposal after the installation. Doug and John (different John) did the installation and did an excellent job. There was only one seam in the entire kitchen and they custom colored the seal to exactly match the granite. If I didn't know it was there I'd never see it. Beautiful job! Everyone showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't have asked for better service or product. The new kitchen looks great!
