They were fantastic and they have great service. The owner was great. The guy that cut the stone was phenomenal. He did a great job. The people that work with the owner everyone of them was fantastic.

.They have been amazing to work with and have taken the time to explain their work as they complete it. They have really taken the time to answer all our questions and concerns. I have been very happy with them.

Two installers did the original work. One was a journeyman and one was a newer less experienced employee. A day or two after they had completed the work we noticed a problem. I called and they immediately came out and fixed the problem. They also made a couple of extra little granite shelves as a gesture of good will. Although I don't like the problem that we found, I will hire this company again as they stood behind and backed up their work and they had the lowest price.

The experience was really great from start to finish. From the initial contact through the install, it went very smoothly. I knew exactly what I wanted; these guys made it easy and were extremely competitive on price. The process took two weeks from start to finish. Even though I was worried about initial seam placement, they assured me that it would look great and they were right...you can't see it unless you know where it is. These guys are highly recommended.

I didn't dislike anything about them. We were extremely pleased. He was extremely on top of things. He continued to follow up with us. We were happy with the quote. We were impressed with the level of knowledge he had for us. He gave us a lot of feedback and opinions.

Became very upset with the company I was using for Granite and Marble countertops. Too expensive, not responsive, wanted better service, Looked in the phone book and interviewed companies, the owner, Sander Coovert, answered the telephone and worked with me, personally. Gave me a great price, wonderful countertops, very quickly. Would recommend Absolute for all granite and marble needs.

Sander (the owner) and his crew were wonderful to work with. When we updated our kitchen we wanted to retain some of the character of our 1958 ranch-style home. I discussed my thoughts and ideas with Sander and Mike (the tile guy). They helped us come up with a plan that enabled us accomplish our goals as we worked through the renovation process. They provided timely bids to help us budget and evaluate how/when we needed to proceed. They worked with us on the timing of the project so that we could manage the other jobs that needed to happen. The crew installed the counter-tops on the date they had promised and the tile was also installed on schedule. (Actually, I called Mike prior to the tile installation and asked that they install it a bit later to accommodate us and he did that.) The last day, when they came to apply sealant to the tile, Mike advised us on the care and maintenance of the tile and Caesarstone. We love our new kitchen! Thanks to Sander, Mike, and the installers! You are a great team.

Their installers were great. They were very professional, quick, and very pleasant. I would use their service in the future.

After emailing them pictures and a drawing with measurements (same as with all companies I got quotes from) theirs was the best, but basically very similar to the others. I went down to their site and picked out a slab of granite. Templating was a few days later. They then worked me in earlier on the schedule than expected, so turnaround time from templating to install was only 8 calendar days (they say 10 business days as typical wait time). Sander was easy to work with on the sales side, and Rob who templated and helped with the install was very professional. Great experience.

From the very first appointment, things went very well. Jeff listened to my vision. I wanted an updated kitchen that would look wonderful without breaking the bank. Something that would be attractive to buyers when I eventually put my condo on the market. After hearing me out, I received a tour of the facility and met those who would be making my project a reality. I saw a whole price range of granite, marble, and stone. Jeff sent me an estimate with the pricing from low to high. I decided on an in-stock granite that would be perfect for my kitchen. Soon after I put down a down payment, I was told that things would start rolling in a couple weeks. A couple days later, I received a call to say that there had been an appointment cancelation, and they were ready to come out and measure for my template. On my next visit, I was shown five large pieces of the granite I choose. After picking my slab, they taped out my template so I could visually see what the countertop would look like. I chose to have family members tear out the old countertop (saved some money). The following week they came out and installed the granite top and that same week they came back to install the backsplash. It looks gorgeous! I would definitely use this company again. They made me feel like I was the only customer they had. Not only did they treat me well, but they were the cheapest of the five bids I received. Fantastic price, service, and quality!

We have a relatively small kitchen so this was a small job, but the people at Absolute were responsive to every question and request. They were flexible during the measurement to add and price extras that I requested, and worked with me to allow me to select an alternate piece for a mantle when there was not enough of the kitchen material. They were responsive to every call, showed up on time for every appointment and installation, and did an outstanding job with a very beautiful piece of granite.

Sander, the owner, spent some time to educate us on different materials. They estimated several options to meet our budget. They worked hard to help us achieve our dream kitchen at a great price.

Absolute was very helpful in first taking us to the granite dealers and assisting us in selecting granite. We visited almost all the granite dealers and had several fabricators give us bids. We were recommended to Absolute and never had cause to select another. They were competitive and went out of their way to insure all our concerns or questions were addressed. All Absolute personal were friendly, professional and excellent, from the salesmen to the installers. They worked with me to remove the countertops and reinstall after the layout was complete so we could use them until the granite was fabricated. We visited their manufacturing area to witness the layout and they laid the granite flat so we could see exactly what it would look lite when cut. Installation was a little tricky but the results were excellent. We are very happy.

Everyone from Jeff who was extremely knowledgeable to Joe and Victor who templated and installed the granite and were very meticulous with the details were very in tune with what my husband and I wanted. You have to look very hard to find the seam in our countertop where the two pieces were joined and the way Joe and Victor shimmed the counter up to match perfectly was incredible. We even went back to look at remnant pieces of granite for our hearth in front of our fireplace and again, perfect piece for our living room, and the install was perfect. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a great value for an exceptional product.

he estimate was for about $1000. It was a little more than the other quotes I had received. However, the reason why I didn?t use them was because there were mistakes in the quote. They misquoted me by $600 and I had to catch the mistake. They gave us a quote for the wrong quantity. I chose another company for the work.

Excellent. Great attention to detail. They told us at the start what to expect and that it would take a week. They were on time every day for a very big job. Their precision in laying tile was remarkable.

The story has a happy ending but it is not a pretty story. I began with a contact in October 2009, the job was not completely finished until December 31, 2009. The initial visit from the sales person went great. The measuring was set for early November but when the worker arrived the countertops had not been removed (because someone failed to schedule removal) so he could not make the pattern. We rescheduled for Monday after Thanksgiving. Installation was to be scheduled for Monday, December 21, but someone scheduled it for January. So here it is 3 days before Christmas and I have no countertop and no sink. I am washing dishes in the bathroom. The stone had not been cut but they did get it cut and installed in on Tuesday, December 22. However, they installed the wrong sink and had not included the backsplash in the order. Now I had sink and countertop but no stone remained for the backsplash. The company purchased additonal stone from a competitor and installed the backsplash on 12/31/09 at no additional charge to me. This was really a nightmare on December 22 BUT the company took full responsibility for all the scheduling problems and incorrect orders and rushed to get the job completed. The installers were great. They were very professional and did a wonderful job. They assured me the job would be completed before the new year and they kept their promise to me. I truly believe this entire thing was an aberation for this company. They are very good people, professional, courteous and want to give you want you want. The kitchen now looks great and I am very happy with it
