Description of Work: They took my my wife and I to 5 different granite warehouses until we hand picked our slabs. They did a template of our kitchen. We were involved in the layout of the granite in relation to the template. Absolute fabricated the granite slabs and placed and secured the granite counter tops.The price includes kitchen and laundry room counter tops, a window sill, a lazy susan, and a cutting board all fabricated from our granite slabs. The two very large granite slabs are included in the price.

Description of Work: Absolute made every effort to ensure I had a positive experience! From the selection and planning to the installation and payment of my new, beautiful granite counter tops. Special thanks to John Clarke for his personalized and expert service - I may not have gone through with the project had it not been for him ;-). |I would definitely recommend trusting Absolute with your home improvement project!

Description of Work: Regarding punctuality; The Absolute Clean crew were quite late so I called and they indicated they had taken the wrong exit, etc. I nearly cancelled since their competence was in question. I relented after a brief conversation and said that I would go ahead with chimney cleaning. They did a good job and offered to give me the next chimney cleaning 'free'. I do not want 'free' however do expect people to know how to get here or ask for directions upon scheduling.

Description of Work: Met with Sander who was very nice and seemed experienced, however, the estimate on the square footage seemed high. Received 3 more bids and ultimately went with another company for overall bid, quality and comfort. The estimate for SF was the highest Absolute, but the final decision was based on multiple factors, one being cost, reputation and not having to pull my counters out for 2 weeks. If a few things had been different, I would have liked to have worked with this company. If you want a quality product and price isn't a major concern, I think you will be very happy here. I did not go with the lowest estimate, just the one that I had the best fit with.

Description of Work: They installed granite countertops in our kitchen. Unfortunately,a large pice was broekn during installation but Absolute did replace it and offered a selection from their available stockpile for future work.
