 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH EXPLAINING HOW TO ADJUST THE CLOCKS, AND TAKE CARE OF THEM OURSELVES IN THE FUTURE. THEY WERE NOT VERY GOOD AT CALLING TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON IN TERMS OF ORDERING THE NEW MECHANISM FOR THE MANTLE CLOCK. BUT THEY DID GOOD WORK, AND I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: THEY OILED, AND ADJUSTED A PENDULUM WALL CLOCK THAT IS OVER 100 YEARS OLD, AND REPLACED THE MECHANISM ON A 30 YEAR OLD MANTLE CLOCK. BOTH NOW ARE RUNNING VERY WELL.

 + -1 moreHORRIBLE! - HE INITIALLY TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD TAKE TWO MONTHS TO COMPLETE THE REPAIR. I FINALLY GOT MY CLOCK BACK AFTER NINE MONTHS. IT STOPPED WORKING ABOUT A WEEK AFTER I GOT IT HOME. THE SERVICE WAS SO LOUSY THAT I WILL JUST TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET IT REPAIRED.
Description of Work: ANTIQUE CLOCK REPAIR.
