 + -1 moreAble Locksmith was prompt and very competent. The locksmith was very casually attired, but friendly, and came in a well-equipped truck. I was satisfied with the experience and would hire this company again.
Description of Work: They came out within 1 hour of a call (at 8 a.m. on a weekday) to examine a lock that had suddenly stopped working. They disassembled a lock, lubricated it, found one pin to be damaged, and replaced it. The total time was around 30 minutes. The price included $28 for the work and $40 for the service call.

 + -1 moreThe problem is that these people cannot keep an appointment. We tried five times and even agreed to a higher price than originally quoted only to have the workman not show up on the sixth time. At that point, we gave up and went with another service.
Description of Work: Cat door installed, door sweep and threshold added.

 + -1 moreVery good work. A little disappointed that he didn't have enough of the regular locks on his truck. He had to put a different kind of lock on the door to the garage that requires us to keep a key in the door.
Description of Work: Changed locks on new home we moved into. Installed a double bolt lot and had keys made.

 + -1 moreNOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. FIRST VAN SHOWED UP 20 MINUTES LATER THAN ESTIMATED. HE DIDN'T HAVE THE PROPER EQUIPMENT AND WASTED 30 MINUTES TRYING TO PICK THE LOCK. HE HAD TO CALL A SECOND VAN WHICH TOOK ANOTHER 40 MINUTES TO GET THERE. THE SECOND GUY WAS QUICK AND POLITE AND DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THE FIRST GUY'S PROBLEMS.
Description of Work: MOBILE LOCKSMITH UNLOCKED A CAR WITH THE KEYS LOCKED INSIDE.

 + -1 moreTHE LOCKSMITH ARRIVED WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF THE ARRANGED MEETING. THIS COMPANY CERTAINLY WAS COMPETITIVE IN TERMS OF PRICES WITH THE 6 OTHER LOCAL COMPANIES I CALLED. THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK ONLY 15 MINUTES. THE LOCKSMITH WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND LIKEABLE.
