It went well. Mark was always available and on time. He and his wife delivered a professional and prompt service. He found no evidence of racoons in the attic. He did not charge for this inspection.

Mark is great. We've used him in the past (bats in the attic) so we were familiar with him. We have ants that come back every year and they've been hard to control. Mark treated the area and so far, so good.

It always goes perfect. I own 6 rental properties plus my home. I call Sue at ABC and let her know my some of my tenants will be calling her to set up an appointment. They just tell Sue I'm their landlord and she takes it from there. After they spray, Sue sends me the bill to my home and I cut her a check. I've dealt with the big companies in the past, but will only do business with ABC now.

Very professional service. He found acrobat ants in the window casing after probing areas where we had seen what were apparently these small ants & possibly an ant swarm around the bathtub. Mark explained what & why he wanted to treat for ants. The window was treated with nontoxic insecticide sprays & dust. We have not seen the ants since in almost three weeks.

I found out about this company when I bought my home 12 years ago. Over the years I periodically would need them to come out and diagnose unknown animal noises coming from my inside my roof, remove a hornets nest, remove unsightly & odd bugs from my back yard, treat for a wasp infestation and mice. Without fail, Mark was always on time, neat & clean and did a great job. When I thought I had raccoons, it turned out to be only mice and the cost was less than expected, since I was expecting raccoons. Mark always gets the job done quicker than expected and many times charged less than quoted due to the job being smaller than anticipated. This is extremely unusual and a very pleasant surprise!! Today was no different. I am preparing to put my house on the market and had it power washed. A whole bunch of black ants ran out of my roof during the power wash so I called Mark, thinking UH OH, I have Carpenter Ants! Mark came right out on time, checked my whole house for ants and found none. He explained that they must have moved back out to the creek after being power washed. Although he could have charge me for the Carpenter Ant inspection (would have been $135) he didn't. I had him re bait the mouse houses and the cost was only $65. Always a very pleasant and honest person to have in my home and work with. Very highly recommended.

They did a bgreat job and I totatlly recommedn ABC. They will not kill the animals and they are very professional. They charge by travel and not by animal as many other companies.

Couldn't be happier with the service. I find it convenient to be able to arrange for appointments via email which Mark does. Mark is also cooperative about booking around my work schedule as best we can.

We called ABC for help in dealing with problem squirrels that had built a nest in a hard-to-reach spot in our backyard. Mark was able to come out within a day or two, and during his first visit he startled the squirrels by investigating their area with a pole and then set several traps. Both Mark and Sue, who handled all of our phone communications, did a great job of explaining the pricing structure and how everything would work, so we knew to expect a $185 bill for the first visit and what the additional fee would be ($75) if a trap had to be emptied. Mark was very thorough in checking both the traps and the nest and keeping us updated. As it turns out, we didn't need any traps emptied; the squirrels disappeared, perhaps because of the season, and haven't been heard from since, but should they return and not want to leave we won't hesitate to call ABC again.

We had what we believed was a squirrel getting into an opening in our soffit. We could hear the creature in our ceiling/outside wall and knew we needed help. Mark came and surveyed the area. He set two squirrel traps on our roof and a trap for mice too as he wasn't sure at that point which animal was causing the problem. He came back several times to check the traps. He was very knowledgable and explained everything well. I learned a lot about squirrels and their nesting habits. A squirrel was caught in the trap and Mark arrived quickly to remove it. We no longer had any problems with squirrels getting in the soffit. Mark was very helpful, he even fixed a piece of our siding on one of his visits. His kindness and diligence was greatly appreciated.

I learned a lot about moles. It is a husband and wife team and they were really great. It is small business. I emailed them and they called me quickly. I recommended them to my sister. I found them on Angies List.

They were very nice to work with. Previously, we worked with a company for years, but they weren’t able to take care of the problem. This company took care of the problem right away! They were very friendly, professional, and took care of everything that needed to be taken care of.

Hired Mark after we found a pile of animal dung in our basement. Mark came over and looked everywhere - places I wouldn't go - and told us he didn't think the animal was there any longer. He suggested we plug up a couple of holes that allowed animal access, which we did, and then put an apple down. The apple was left untouched for 10 days, so we're all good. Mark could have easily suggested the animal may still be there or have access, and left traps to pump up his bill, but he didn't. Good, honest help - highly suggested!

I never have any issues with bugs when I use them. They do a good job.

Mark is very informed and professional. did exactly what I wanted. We also caught a rat soon thereafter. Still trying to see if we can catch more. One nice thing about Mark is that he does not try to sell you anything you do not need. I would definitely use him again.

I contacted ABC on Thursday morning and was able to get an appt for the following Tuesday morning. Mark arrived on time and was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about starling behavior. I pointed out the three nesting areas that I had noticed, and expressed my preference that the birds be removed but unharmed if possible, and he assured me that he would do his best in that regard. Fortunately all of the babies had fledged - literally over the weekend - so there were none to be removed from the nests, and the parents vacated the nests voluntarily when he approached them. He removed the nests/nesting material from the three cavities that I pointed out, and found an adjacent fourth area that I hadn't noticed, which he also took care of. He repaired the openings pretty discreetly with sheet metal finished in a flat black, so the areas are secured from future nesting and are also now squirrel-proof. All work took under two hours, and the fee was quite reasonable, I thought, considering how this essentially solves what had been a messy nuisance for me. Mark came recommended to me by another pest control company that I have used in the past and like a lot, but that could not help me with my starling invasion. They said very nice things about him, and I second their recommendation of him.

They were recommended to me by another company that did not do=5:22=. They were very reliable and easy to work with. I would consider using them in the future; I am using them currently.

He does total home pest control. He's been in business for years and he's good at what he does. I completely trust him with anything that comes up. He goes above and beyond for me.

Great experience, and I'll try to report back regarding final results.

We use him often. He seems to always know what he's doing. We think he is an expert in his field. He's reasonably priced for what he does. We love him.
