I think that they are expensive and if I could find a better alternative that I knew that I would be satisfied with I would get it. The landline is fine, the cable is okay, the internet is too slow. They advertise speeds but they don't tell you that you are too far from the node to get fast speeds. Their internet service is not good. If you can get a hold of someone in customer service that is not in a foreign country and speaks English then they can fix you up. The chances are you'll end up with somebody in India or in the Philippines or in Vietnam, frequently that you can't understand and you never know what's going to happen after that. The field people are wonderful. They are very helpful and will spend the time that is needed. I think that they could upgrade their service to give us better internet service.
Description of Work: I have internet, cable, and telephone both landline and wireless with AT&T.
