drain cleaning
+ -1 moreLeak recurred and we set an appointment for subcontractor to look at the problem. After waiting 1 1/2 hours we had to leave and phoned to reschedule. Very difficult to schedule work with. We had to phone back the next day and were told it would be between 3-5 and asked to be phoned when he was on the way to meet subcontractor at the house. No call, no show. We phoned at 6:30 and were told that no appointment was made by an argumentative, rude man who hung up on us twice. We will have to find another company to fix this.
Description of Work: We contacted them through their west county number 636-227-7780. Repaired toilet seals causing leak. Company used a subcontractor who was supposed to come after 2pm. Phoned around 5:30 to say running late arrived around 6:30pm.
