+ -1 moreTHE COMPANY WAS QUICK TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO PERFORM THE WORK AND GAVE ME A TWO HOUR WINDOW FOR THEIR REPAIRMAN TO ARRIVE. WHEN THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT CAME AND THE TECHNICIAN FAILED TO ARRIVE BY THE END OF THE ALLOTTED TIME, I CALLED AND ASKED IF I SHOULD STILL EXPECT SERVICE ON THAT DAY. THE MAN THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE DISPATCHED ANOTHER REPAIRMAN TO THE HOUSE. WHEN THE REPAIRMAN FINALLY ARRIVED, HE REKEYED THE LOCKS AND ASKED ME TO INSPECT THE WORK. I INDICATED THAT I DIDN'T THINK THE BACK DOOR LOCK WAS WORKING PROPERLY, BUT HE TOLD ME THAT I'D BE FINE. THE FOLLOWING WEEK, I COULDN'T UNLOCK THAT DOOR ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. THE COMPANY SENT OUT ANOTHER REPAIRMAN WHO TOOK THE WHOLE ASSEMBLY APART AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR ANOTHER SERVICE CALL, BUT I WAS FRUSTRATED THAT IT TOOK TWO TRIPS TO GET THE LOCKS TO WORK AFTER POINTING OUT THE PROBLEM ON THE FIRST REPAIR VISIT.
Description of Work: RE-KEYED FRONT AND BACK DOOR. MADE REPAIRS TO LOCKING MECHANISM.
