The project went extremely well. They did a great job. The building was leaning to one side and the foundation was all but gone. They were able to lift it up, pour a new solid foundation so that the building could be fully restored into a carriage house.

My husband dealt with them and so all I saw was the estimate, I didn't have the first hand knowledge. He said it went fine, he said it seems like they knew what they were doing. He said they didn't really offer a whole lot of other like creative solutions and ideas but I don't really think we were asking for that.

They did a good job for us. They were nice and courteous. They did it in a timely fashion too. When we do the driveway we will go back to get another bid. They gave us the low bid on this project. It took a couple weeks to get out here, but we understood that they had other jobs. They completed our project in three days. They seem to really know what they are doing. They seemed to know all about the concrete and their work. They did have a lot of crew and one member is quite elderly. They got it done and did a really good job though. I would suggest people get a bid from them and other places.

As with most home repairs and remodels, Talbot ran into things that they had not expected but they took charge and made it right without raising the original quote. When I had questions and concerns, Mr. Talbot was available to answer my questions in "common sense" talk that anyone could understand. This was a great experience. I would highly recommend Talbot Construction to anyone needing their service.
