+ -1 moreThe generic contractor was horrible. My guess is that with Sears on the verge of bankruptcy, they contract with the cheapest contractor possible. This guy didn't really know anything about appliances, and really didn't care. He treated us like we were a nuisance. The refridgerator was not made in America and you can kind of tell Kenmore is not the brand it used to be. There are places that you can see where some 10 cent per hour Chinaman forced insulation into holes. It does work, but I would not buy from Sears or allow that contractor in my home again.
Description of Work: Bought a Kenmore refridgerator. A generic contractor for Sears brought it in, put it in the kitchen and was walking out the door. We had to remind him to hook up the water line, he sighed and did it. Didn't really want us to turn on the water to it until after he was gone. Basically, he didn't want to deal with it. We insisted and turned on the water. There was a leak, which he fixed grudgingly.
