Description of Work: Met with the owner for almost two hours on some huge projects for our townhome association, which would have totaled close to $150,000 to $200,000. He never responded after our initial meeting, never submitted a bid, never called to explain why.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. The crew arrived on time on the date they said. They performed the work just as discussed when the bid was prepared. All of the workers were professional. There were enough workers to complete the job in a timely manner. The quality of their work was excellent.
Description of Work: Removed old shingles, repaired roof and re-roofed entire house and garage. Replaced gutters. Replaced footings for front porch Repainted ceiling. Removed all waste.
