Don't use this service. I have never seen such a lack of professionalism!
Description of Work: NOTHING. They scheduled an appointment a week out (to empty septic tank) at a time (10:00 am) when my husband could be present. They called an hour after they were supposed to arrive and said it would be sometime after noon. I returned the call and was told that they received another call that morning from a business which took priority over us. Further, she said that "business' come before the rest of us". I asked her when I could expect them or IF I could expect them and she said they would be here, but didn't know when. After several hours I called again and she said she could not reach her guy, but would call me when she did. Several hours later I called again and they no longer answered their phone and I could not leave a message.They never showed after my husband ended up taking an entire day off work to wait for them. They were aware that my husband was still waiting for them and needed to go to work.

Service was excellent. The service was paid by the Realtor that sold me the home.
Description of Work: They dug up septic tank that was underground and cleaned it out.
