Both Secretary and technician were super professional and helpful. They kept me updated on parts and when they would arrive as best they could, due to covid and alot of places getting shut down, I understand, unlike some people, that you can not get parts needed at the drop of a pin. There are some people who have been waiting a long time for their parts but they just can't get them in thanks to their distributors.

Bought a 2 appliances from Lowes and had to have both looked at. Scheduled services through Lowes and had 2 no shows. Called them to ask what the deal was and they told me that Lowes can’t schedule their services call even though they contracted by them. Finally set up a 3 appointment for my wasger. Day of two guys show up fo the door and said they were here to diagnose the problem then asked me if I could take them to the gas station to get gas for their company vehicle. I gave them gas so I didn’t have to smell the cigarette and other smoke smells from them. They told me they would order 2parts for my washer and they would get back with me. 6 weeks later I had to ask Lowes what they could do for us as they never called me and never returned my calls. I ordered the part myself and got it 2 days later

Becky set an appointment to look at refrigerator and was there on the dot. She quickly determined the problem, told me what it might cost, and called me back the same day with the actual price (lower) of the part. The day the part came in she called to set time to install it. She was here exactly in the time frame she told me and quickly fixed the fridge. Parts were exactly the price she quoted me and labor was very reasonable especially since we are about 10 miles from St. Joe. Very, very happy with the service!

Tech re-programed and started machine.

They did great work, prompt, and I would highly recommend.

He was on time and went to work immediately. He was done in ten minutes. He did a great job and I was very pleased. I recommend them to anyone with appliance problems.

Good. Looked at washer and advised leaking due to build up of detergent.

Everyone always would like to get everything fixed the same day we realize there is a problem. However, from the first phone call to him until the washer was fixed was several days, but the time could have been shortened by our knowing the model of the washing machine. We are very satisfied on the service especially since we had just moved to this area and didn't know who to call for repairs on appliances.

As I have just been discharged from the hospital we are doing laundry constantly which of course made it the ideal time for our dryer to break down. We had a Magnet on our fridge from "Mr. C's Appliance Repair" so we gave them a call and we were greeted courteously by a technician over the phone. My father was here and he is fairly technical, so the Technician offered some advice on some things to check so we could resolve the problem ourselves inexpensively. When our troubleshoot all came up negative the Technician came right out about an hour or two later (we had called right before noon so there probably a lunch break in there) When the Technician arrived he was kind and went to work on or dryer. He ask if his shoes where alright in the house (which isn't a big deal for me or my wife) but it was nice being ask. He told us that our timer on our dryer had gone out and with parts and service it was going to be about 200 dollars. Since it was a Friday we were told that the part couldn't be ordered until Monday, but it would be ordered the first thing Monday morning. The Part came in Tuesday morning but We had to leave town for a doctors appointment so we called and ask if the technician could wait to do the install Wednesday. They had no problem with that and we called them Wednesday morning and by 3 o'clock on Wednesday we had a fully working dryer.

Gordon is the owner of Mr. C's and has been our Appliance repair person for the past 8 or 9 years. They are great. This last time he came out on a Thursday to look at the washer and after spending about 30 minutes on the basement floor decided that it was a suds build up from using HE liquid detergent for the past two (2) years. First he suggested going back to the HE powder. He then showed me what to do to clean the suds out of the washer, and for the next two (2) days I spent about ten hours a day running the washer through the cycles Gorden suggested. He checked on me on Saturday and even brought by a package of chemical cleaner for the washer to try. Third he suggested "scrubbing" the laundry with vinegar to remove any build up that was still in the clothes. Finally by Sunday I could wash clothes again. Now he could have spent his time doing this and I would have had a tremendeous bill, instead he instructed me on how to do it and was so helpful. We have used them over the years for the washer, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. They are always on time, very helpful when I call with questions, and so reliable that I can't believe some one like this is in business in this day of hurry up and run. I will never use anyone else. Gordon is slowing down now and Becky is taking over the business. Gordon has trained her well and I will continue to use them forever.
