I would like to have had more grading done but it was difficult to communicate with the crew chief for which English was obviously his second language. The crew spoke in Spanish throughout the whole job so I was unable to know what instructions were given to the workers. The rep from Mann's did a nice job on the bid and sent me the bid and a diagram via email of what the job would look like. This same person walked the crew chief through the job explaining "don't follow these blue paint marks I'm putting down, instead measure out 4' from the deck to put down border edging" He then left saying he would check back later which he never did. The workmen dug the trench exactly where the blue paint was sprayed on the ground and never measured out 4'. Fortunately the blue marks were pretty close to being the same distance from the deck all around. He did call and asked if I was satisfied I think it was the next day. I said it looked good. Told him that the guy planting the bushes did not loosen the roots after taking the plants from the plastic pots. He said they don't do that because of the mulch put in the hole which surprised me. The rep from Mann's said that the job took less time to do the grading work than he bid so he lowered the grading price from $400 to $300. This was unexpected and speaks volumes for the integrity of the company.

He did not show up for the first appointment. Was on time for next appointment. Did measurement of retaining wall and gave ideas of what would work best. Later I received the estimate and due to the cost have not made a decision as of yet.

Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent selection of plants and especially hardscape materials.

They responded quickly to my first call. The guy that gave me a quote was very professional. The work was quick and clean. Everything was great.

Met the landscaping expert at store..very easy to work with. Didn't show up to make estimate on sceduled day and didn't call...unacceptable excuse. The estimate was quick and fair. The work started and finished on time. The quality was excellent and we were very satisfied with the finished product. The landscaper stopped by a few days after completion to be sure we were satisfied.

Fast and detailed bid was followed by fast and professional installation of quality product. Designer was on site each day to make sure the design was being executed correctly and laborers were hardworking and efficient. Their work improved the curb appeal of my home greatly. An overall positive and highly recommended experience.
