 + -1 moreThis contractor is a nightmare fom the word go. This business is owned by a convicted FELON and hires convicted FELONS for service techs. Tech pled guilty to forgery as a result of stealing our checkbook and going on a spending spree. Only went to prison for a fraction of crimes committed. Stay away from this business.

 + -1 moreAs I explained above, Grossman has been taking care of our system for many years. We are always treated with courtesy and respect and our needs are focused on. Never have been pressured for an "up sale", I was the one inquiring for a new system. From the time Tommy, his son and co-worker arrived at my home for the install the job was done very professionally, I am ashamed to say the basement may be cleaner now after they finished then when they started. Thanks again.
Description of Work: I have used this company since 1999, I have always have excellent service and now I have had the pleasure of experiencing an installation. Tommy came out to service our system this summer, early May and we discussed the advantages of a new system. We decided to go ahead with the install with the top of the line Bryant system, all I can say is WOW, my KCP&L bill is less expensive, my house is so comfortable, we have lived here for over 30 years and never has my house been this comfortable in all areas. Tommy had made some duckwork changes for us to give us better air flow throughout our home. Thank you for your quality installation and service!!

 + -1 moreThe job was not done in a timely manner I believe due to the drinking and all of the texting that the Service Tech was doing while he was supposed to be working.
Description of Work: Two Service Techs came to my house. One was obviously drunk, I could smell alcohol on him. I looked at my watch and it was only 1:15 in the afternoon and I thought it was pretty early to be drunk already and plus drunk on the job and driving a company truck. I wouldn't recommend this company unless they hire more reliable service techs.

 + -1 moreVery proffessional from the initial call to the install. The owner was actually the srv tech. He initially came to my house after hours ( 8pm) when it was 104 degrees outside! Great company. Seemed very conscious about proffessionalism. After the initial srv call, I shopped around for the needed component replacement, and couldnt beat thier price. We will be a repeat customer.
Description of Work: 104 degrees, 5pm I get home after work, I contact the answering service. Prompt call back with a srv tech that came out THAT same pm. We ended up replacing the 20+ yr old system, But he was able to patch it to get us thru the week of unusual high temps. Owner provided us with his cell # for future contact.
