Garza Plumbing And Remodeling

On 2.7.14 my renter reported to me that there was major leaking going on into the room below the bathroom when her children took showers. "I think the living room ceiling is going to fall in," is what she reported. I called my usual plumber (Faulkner Plumbing) and they told me they were backed up with work and recommended Garza Plumbing. Said they would make a call for me. Fidel Garza called me back within the hour and was at my rental house within 3 hours. He called me back and reported the plumbing issues and the damage caused by the leaking. The next morning, 2.8.14, he was back at the house with all the equipment needed to complete the job. He not only repaired all the plumbing problems, but replaced the sheet rock on the living room ceiling that he had to cut out and textured the ceiling to match what was there, and the sheet rock in a closet upstairs where he had cut holes to get to the plumbing. In both areas it was hard to distinguish the old from the new. The work was as close to perfect as I have ever seen or done with sheet rock. He did not charge a markup on the faucet, sheet rock, pipe, etc. that he purchased to complete the job. The price for labor was very reasonable for the quality of work performed. My renter was very pleased with the work and the condition her home was left in when the work was completed.
