FOUR SEASONS HEATING & COOLING

I called them on a Sunday, got their voice mail which gave me two other numbers to call for after hours service. I called both of the numbers and left a message. Within 5-10 minutes I had a return call from both Rick and Doug. Doug arrived at my house about 30 minutes later as he was just leaving church when he got my message and needed to go home first to change clothes and get his truck. He was here for about an hour and replaced both my fan motor capacitor because the old motor had a 10V capacitor and the new motor needed a 15V. The charge was $485.00 which at first I thought was a little high for a motor, but then I looked up what capacitors cost (and how dangerous they can be to install if you don't know what you are doing because we're dealing with electricity here.) I then realized that the charge was pretty close to the going rate for both of those parts plus labor AND the fact that he came so quickly and on a Sunday too. Very professional and competent.

They have fixed systems that other people installed wrong, come out quickly when I needed something checked, replaced systems in another house, etc. Great to work with. I will not work with anyone else in St Joe (I have tried).

Prompt response (and on a weekend). Turned out to be a quick fix, but did a little more service to the unit since it was an hourly rate and I had time left (no extra charge). Rated price a B - but, that may be the normal rate and it's been a while since I've had A/C work. Nothing unexpected.
