Excellent service. Arrived on time for an estimate, located the tank on the first try, and gave options with the price of each. On the date of service, he showed up on time, dug access by hand (to avoid damage to the yard), installed the riser, pumped/cleaned the tank, and charged exactly the estimated price. Will definitely use again.

No problems and pulled up a few more roots than normal as I forgot to do in Feb as usually do. Pulled out 5gal bucket of tree roots.

Fimple Sewer is hands down the best service in the St. Joseph area. They are honest, professional and all other positive attributes you can think of when describing a great hometown business. This was the second time I had them clean my tank. Because of excessive rains I have been having some drainage issues in my lateral field. Fimple was very good about talking through the issue so I knew what to expect before I jump to the conclusion that I need a new lateral field. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

He was courteous and friendly as usual. We didn't know he replaced wax seals and worked on faucets etc. We were delighted to get everything fixed that we needed on one service call. I would not consider using anyone else as long as this young man is available. He never leaves any trace of a mess and is very reasonable.

The plumber showed up early! Was great and fast! When I called to make the apt. I left a message (I called after 5pm) and they called back within 15 min. Will def. use AGAIN!

This is a great company to use. The son was very respectful of outhouse and lawn. Put drop cloth down in the house where he had to walk to avoid any mess. I will use them any time I have drain or septic issues

It went great. They were amazing. Plumbing is a dirty job but they wear they booties, they take care of moving their equipment in and they were very professional. The guy takes what he does very seriously and very professional. It was perfect.

He worked on it for two hours and after cleaning drain he did a good job of cleaning up the area

My first call to the business I left a message and got a callback within 10 minutes. The lady on the phone was VERY polite and VERY thankful for considering there business. It was late in the afternoon, almost evening, and they was willing to come out right then. I however told em It could wait until tomorrow since it was late. She said they would call back the next morning. I received a call that morning and in 20 minutes later the young man showed up at my door. He was very polite and courteous. He went right to work. Some people just walk down and do the job, and there is nothing wrong wit that, but he talked and smiled and was non judgmental. My basement flooded recently and wasn't the cleanest or smelled the best. We always worry about being just a little bit. There wasn't a bit of judgment in his voice at all. I will defiantly use this service again and I highly recommend them to anyone.

We had only lived in our house for approximately three months when we started noticing an odor coming from the drains. I found Fimple Sewer on Angie's list and they were able to respond quickly. Mr. Fimple and his son arrived and quickly found the septic tank. The dug a small area to access the tank then emptied and cleaned it. They were much less expensive than the competitor and were able to do the job much sooner. This eliminated the odor coming from the drains. They replaced the dirt and sod before leaving and the area is all but invisible.

Mike (the son) was very personable. He reattached a water line to the wall that had come loose - no charge. He was meticulous and cleaned up so well we couldn't tell anyone had been there.

It was overall a very pleasant experience working with the Fimple sewer and drain cleaning company?
