+ -1 moreI could not use my regular carpet cleaner,Due to over Booking.Express went over the floors,in half the time,BUT Failed to VAC.Myy floors were WET for three days,and sour smelling.I had CHEM-DRY come and Do It Right. Robert Kiefer

Description of Work: They steam clean carpets in rooms hallways and stairs. Dont expect them to move anything larger than a bedside table except for your living room sofa and loveseat. Not even if you have furniture already on sliders to make it easy. They don't attempt to get out stubborn stains in higher traffic areas and don't rake carpet to lift nap. We have done better cleaning of the carpets using our midrange Hoover product. Only advantage was to be able to say they were cleaner than they were prior to their arrival at a decent price, but would have been worth much more if they did a better job. They were punctual professional and courteous. Express in their name was accurate. 38 minutes from their arrival to leaving for a living room, 3 bedrooms, and a hallway and stairs.

+ -1 moreoverall they did a great job....showed up on time... spent plenty of time working to get the stains out. Carpet looked and smelled great.
Description of Work: They came and cleaned my filthy rug.....they were right on time....gave me a great price....were very professional ......were quick to answer all my question....my rug looked great after they cleaned it. Will call them everytime I need carpet or any of my furniture cleaned.
