Let's start with the first contact that I had with this company. I called them based on reviews on Angie's List. The young woman that answered my call was awesome. She tried her very best to make me feel at ease and to also make sure that I understood every aspect of the carpet cleaning process. I didn't have a lot of questions, but am confident that if I had, she would have answered them very well. Our appointment was scheduled for the next day. The technician called about 10 mins. before the scheduled time to let me know that he was on the way. When he arrived, he got right to work cleaning our carpet and staircase. We had several old stains on our light colored Berber carpeting. He worked very hard for a couple of hours and then let us know that he was done. We were amazed with the results. We also had him Scotch Guard it before he left. It took about 6 hours for the carpet to be totally dry. We will definitely use EnteX again. The work exceeded our expectations.

I felt sorry for the people cleaning my carpet! With four boys from 1-15, husband and two dogs the carpet was a nightmare. They came in cleaned everything and my house smelled great. They were fast, but very thorough. They did tell me that some of the stains may come back through again because they were so bad, only a couple did. I am very pleased with their work and plan on calling them for a fall cleaning.

Tyler called to see if he could come a few minutes early (Yes!). He showed up as expected. Bill joined him in his van. They both worked efficient to get carpets cleaned! Tyler asked if I wanted scotch-guard. I only do scotch-guard every other cleaning. He called to see if we did it last time-we did- no s.g.

I called on Monday or Tuesday and desperately needed an appointment in the same week. I was able to schedule for Friday afternoon at 3:15. I received a call on Wednesday because they had a cancellation on Thursday (I expressed during my appointment call that I needed Thursday if possible) and they wanted to offer it to me first. Unfortunately, I needed Thursday afternoon instead of Thursday morning so I kept my original Friday afternoon appointment . BC showed up at 3:00, did a quick walkthrough as I explained exactly what my problem areas were, and he immediately said "Ok", and he was off to get it done. Other things were going on so I didn't pay attention to the exact time it took but it was relatively quick. He did a living room, 2 bedrooms, and an office area. BC was VERY quick, professional, NICE, and thorough. We did another quick walkthrough, I paid with a check, and BC explaned I would receive a paid invoice via email.

Brian and all the employees were punctual, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. They also had a lot of advice to help us as we went along.

They do A+ work. They are able to move everything and move it back. They are here when I need them. They are very dependable and do a good job.

Entex did a great job of cleaning the carpets in several rooms of our house. The cleaning was thorough. We especially liked the follow up. We received a call prior to arrival, letting us know they were coming, a follow up on additional services which we asked for, and a follow up a day or two after the service to make sure all went well. The customer service was very good.

I was really pleased with the their carpet cleaning services. They cleaned our living room which is a high traffic area. The people we used a couple of years ago were unable to clean some spots, so we just assumed they were uncleanable. These guys were able to clean them (I didn't even mention the spots because i just figured it couldn't be cleaned). He was professional, and didn't talk too much. Around here, there are a lot of chatty service people, he spoke but just about the job and then went on about his business, which i really appreciated. We also asked for them to service our air ducts, when the guy came to the house, he told us that he was unable to do it without damaging our new air conditioning/heating unit. I appreciated the honesty AND when the second person came to clean our carpets, he also apologized for not being able to help us. I paid by check and within two hours, i had a payment receipt in my email (which was unexpected) and again an apology for not being able to clean the air duct. This company is REALLY communicating with each other!

They are excellent. They were on time, but the best thing was they were incredibly thorough cleaning the carpet and air ducts. I would absolutely use them again.

I have used them for carpet cleaning and they are excellent. They provide a great service and are very nice and professional. I discovered they did duct cleaning also, so I tried them for that as well and they did a great job. As a matter of fact, they did the carpets and ducts on the same day and coordinated with my schedule.

Brian-Tyler were punctual and very polite. They were informative and customer satisfaction was a priority. Carpet cleaning was perfect. Best experience I have ever had for carpet cleaning.

. There really isn't a story. They came, they cleaned, they left. The actual service went well but they are a little pricey and won't return to re-treat any stains without an additional charge.
