Description of Work: He did an inspection on a home that I wanted to purchase. He found issues with the home that would have been very costly had I not hired him! Well worth the $300.00, it saved me many thousands of dollars. Thanks again Mike! You are the BEST!

Description of Work: Major home renovation. After the first two months, it became hard to keep them on the job, and ultimately we had to terminate their services, as we were seven months into a four month process, with no end in sight. Their workmanship is good, their basic knowledge is good, but they have issues with follow-through. I think they do well with simple inspections and basic room renovations, but they are not a good choice for upscale or complex inspections or major home renovations.
