When I called on a Wednesday he was able to come out two days later. I was given the option of morning or afternoon. He said he would call between 8:30 and noon. He called at 8:00 a.m. and arrived 15 minutes later. He was in and out in about 40 minutes. He stated that the vent needs to be cleaned out every couple of years. He was very professional.

It took them 3 trips to get it right.

Called them and they came right out the next day - ordered the part and when the part came in, it was the wrong part but they called me that day and said they would re-order the part - they did and was here and fixed it as soon as it came in. Always called to keep me up on things and kept apologizing about the mix-up. Very, very nice and knowledgeable and professional. I will certainly use them again and I couldn't beat their price. Very reasonable. Very happy with everything! Thank you Mr. C's!!

C and M are the best. I would recommend them highly. They are very accomodating with the customer's schedule, polite, knowledgeable and best of all they really can fix your appliances. My mother also had a good experience with them fixing her washer. I have had bad experiences with other large appliance repair people and have spent the money on the service call and then wasn't sure if the guy really knew what he was doing. Mark, the repair man who came to my house today, has been working at C and M since, I believe he said, 1986. He really knows his stuff.

they will no show up when you need them to and they find every excuse not to! if you want the job call someone else that will do that job.
