Great- Mary did a great job with all the various quotes I asked for and Mark and his team were great to work with. Beautiful job, professional team, clean when done, worked directly with Wallis guttering. Definitely the right group to work with. Have worked with others and Barnes was much better. Mark found several other small problems and just fixed them in process (not part of bid). This was a big roof (60 square plus three square of TPM flat roof.

Office staff very courteous. Very quick response within one day. Very reasonable cost. Replaced missing shingles from wind damage and no trace of material left behind. Great job and highly recommend Barnes Roofing.

They returned the call quickly and got out to get me an estimate the same day. There was a predicition of storms coming and with concerns that if they waited we would have water damage, they came out the next morning (on a Saturday) to get the job done! So glad they did or it would have cost us a lot more! Great service and great workmanship.

I called Barnes Roofing to ask for an estimate for some leaks. Someone was sent out promptly the following day. An estimate was sent to me withint 24 hours. Everyone with whom I interacted was courteous and friendly. Due to the cost of the work needed, we have postponed making a decision on getting the work done.

I called and spoke with Mrs. Barnes on Monday and she told me it would be Wednesday before they could get out here. (2 days) If you live in Saint Joseph, you know what an ordeal it is to get someone to actually come out and do the work. Sure enough, he came on Wednesday morning, got the work done quickly and sent me a bill in the mail. I was amazed at the low price. I've used this company for small jobs in the past and they are always reliable, honest and dependable. Very rare in this town!

Worked very hard for us. Very professional crew. Started early and finished a big job in 1 day! These guys were awesome!! And they cleaned up the job site very good when done! Highly recommended!!
