ACTION ELECTRIC INC

I used them in the past about 5 yes ago to wire my entire. 30x40 building. They were great. This time, I had someone come out to look at the new project and write up a bid. He said he would get back with me in a few days. The few days came and went. I have now called them 3 times asking if they have the bid or even want to do the work. I have gotten the same response 3 times. "I will have someone call you back". I am so disappointed in this company, I was hoping to be a long time customer, but now I will never be using them again.

The price was good. On their first appointment they did not call me, so I had to reschedule again and they showed up the next morning.

The initial visit went well but the estimate was a week later then stated. The price seemed way to high for the work to be done so was not used.

He couldn't find out what was going on. He ran a wire from the basement to the bedroom and he burned my phone cord, so he had to come back. He had to drill a hole through my family room and drilled through a wooden beam. He worked over a week, and it turns out it was the plug in the hall, which I thought it might be. He stated he was a trainee, and he did a lot of work that wasn't needed. He didn't charge me for the week, but it wasn't my fault he had to work that long.

No service performed. I wanted to use this company due to the positive Angie's List review and them being in this area. I called and left a description of what I would like done (outlet put in for a mounted microwave) and described possible future work arising from home inspector's findings. The woman who answered seemed nice and professional. I described what I wanted, gave my phone number, and was told someone would get back with me. No one contacted me in over two days and I lost valuable time due to them not following up as they should have. If they were going to decline the work, they should have at least let me know instead of let me hanging! I can only review what I was exposed to, so credit to their secretary (unless she didn't forward my work request to the electrical crew.) BTW- this was the SECOND electrical company I contacted due to an Angie's List positive review in the St. Joe area that did not return my request for work call. The first one had a single positive Angies List review as well. I guess I'll have to take my chances with the yellow pages...

Called and got an appointment for the next day. The technician was very qualified and did a great job. We had 4 exterior security lights installed around our residence. One had to be wired in, because I wanted it where no lights have ever been before, which I thought might be an issue. The guy did it with no problems at all. All the lights work great and I would use Action Electric again.
