Description of Work: I bought from them and they planted three trees. Also removed a tree/shrub; they planted flowers/ferns around four of my trees. They did an absolutely PROFESSIONAL job and YES I will hire them again. In fact, I just called them to set up an appointment to check the three 'baby' trees--two are being supported with posts I want to make sure they are not being supportes too tightly.

Description of Work: Dates-4/30/2011, 5/11/2011, 5/31/2011. I was quoted $16 per cutting of my mother's yard. He doubled the price to $32. Takes approximately 40 minutes to cut. Also told him to cut every 10-14 days. Listed 4 dates in May that he stated he cut. But I go there daily and no cutting done.

Description of Work: I called this lawn service for an estimate to cut the lawn for the summer for my 83 year old mother. This lawn takes approximately 1 hour to cut with a push mower. I was quoted a price of $16.00 per cutting and asked that they cut once every 10 to 14 days. During the month of April, they cut her yard twice and did only an average job. They had sent 3 men and it took them 40 minutes to cut and trim the yard and clean the sidewalk and porch. I was billed $32.00 for April. Then in May, they cut two time (I marked the calendar when they cut because I go by and see my mother every day) but when I received the bill, they showed 4 cuttings and charged $32.00 per cutting for a total of $128.00. They showed 4 random dates when they said they cut, but none matched what I had marked on the calendar. When I questioned them, I was told that they never provided me an estimate of $16.00 per cutting because that would not even cover the costs of insurance and the mowers and other equipment they used and that they would not even pull out of the driveway for that cost. When I told him that $16.00 for 40 minutes work was reasonable and what I had agreed on, he stated the going rate was $32.00. That worked out to $48.00 per hour. Who in their right mind would pay $48.00 for 1 hours worth of grass cutting. We negotiated a price for services provided and I promptly fired them. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They thought no one was checking up on their work and were billing false hours. I will also be providing a report to the Better Business Bureau against them so others will check before using their services.
