I stayed home from work because my furnace sounded like it was going to explode...I checked Angie's List and found Home Systems, called a little before 8 am, and my call was returned by Gary, who was very pleasant, took all my info and informed me that they would be there in a little while...10 minutes later, Rob showed up and quicly diagnosed the problem...He left to get the parts, and replaced them within minutes...He even went out again to get replacement breakers...He also changed the filter free of charge...If it wasn't for him and his partner, we wouldn't have heat during the coldest week of winter...Home Systems went above and beyond what was expected of them, and I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!!!

I have used Home systems several times since moving to the area 4 years ago. They are always prompt and have even come the same day when my AC went out and it was 100 deg. He cleaned my furnace and fixed my thermostat. I have a permanent filter and asked about where to get a second one to alternate with the one I have. He went out to his truck and brought me one and didn't charge me for it. I will continue to use Home systems and highly recommend them.

Harry Pelton is the brother of Bob Pelton, the plumber. He and his brother are good enough. They keep pretty busy. He let me do a payment plan with him. He gets all high ratings and I will continue to use him.

On the first heat wave of the year, my air conditioning was not cooling my house. I called several service providers, but due to the excessive demand of their services, none would be available to repair my air conditioning for at least 24 to 36 hours. A representative of Home Systems returned my call after approximately one hour of leaving message. Although very busy, the service technician arrived to repair my air conditioning after normal business hours (6 PM) and in a prompt manner. The technician recharged the system and provided detail of the problem. He clearly and concisely answered my questions and provided options regarding to the long-term condition of my unit.
