I sent an email through Angie's List and asked for a proposal to install 6" gutters on about a 30ft run with at least one downspout at the back of one of our condos in our Homeowners Association. Lisa with Xterior Pro called me and said that this was such a small job that they wouldn't do it and tried to give me some other companies that would do this work. I told her no thanks that I have other companies on Angie's List that I had contacted. Unfortunately for Xterior Pro, they have lost out on a much bigger project. We have 15 buildings with 56 units in our Homeowners Association and we wanted to get just one unit done so we could see the workmanship, pricing and professionalism before deciding on what company to have price the entire subdivision. I would suggest that Xterior Pro put a disclaimer on Angie's List stating they don't do small jobs.

Initially we contacted our Insurance company when we realized we had damage from a bad storm that had come through the area, at the time we could only see damage to the siding on the chimney but were afraid for the roof. The insurance company referred us to a general contractor in our area they had worked with previously. The person that came out from that company was rude, spent 2 mins on the roof, was completely dismissive, and told us our job was too small for him to care about. I immediately went to Angie's list to find a better provider, I found my way to Xterior Pro and it's president Jason. Jason was completely professional and came out within a day to look at our job. He evaluated everything and not only found extensive damage to our roof but also to the gutters and downspouts from the hail. Since the insurance claim had already been closed due to the other contractor saying their was no damage it was a bit of a mess but Jason worked with us through the whole process and came out to meet the insurance adjuster with us. Xterior Pro worked with us to get us scheduled right away as it was coming up on the holidays and we really needed the job done before the bad weather set in. The crew came out and had the new roof on in two days, they cleaned up their mess and the roof looks amazing! They came out a week later to replace the gutters and downspouts and even moved one of the downspouts for us since where it had been located was causing a water build up against the foundation that was leaking water into the basement. Jason was great, he explained everything that was happening every step of the way and spent three hours one evening holding our hands through picking colors and explaining every little detail of the contract and exactly what each line item meant (we have to really understand something completely to feel comfortable). After the job was complete we ran into some issues and delays in getting the Mortgage company to release the insurance payment. We contacted Xterior Pro and Lisa was very understanding and worked with us while we resolved the issues with the mortgage company. Xterior Pro was amazing, we purchased our home in 2010 and it was a total rehab, by far Xterior Pro has been our best experience with having work done in our home!

Jason came out and gave us bid. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After we decided to go with Xterior Pro they wrer out to do the work within the week to replace our roof. They did great work and great cleanup. I would recommend they and would use them again.

The work was scheduled on 10/3. The installer arrived on time, introduced himself and why he was here then proceeded to do the work. Before leaving he knocked and let me know he had completed the installation and the someone would be by to inspect his work and deliver lien waiver and final warranty and billing papers. The Xterior Pro office (Lisa) called and made an appointment for 10/5 for this purpose. I got all the paper work, paid the balance and said thank you and buy to Jason. Very satisfied since we had a big downpour before Jason arrived this morning. Everything worked fine.

I wanted to have time to be able to tell the whole story, so my review has not been as quick as requested. We have 2 different levels of gutters. About 8 years ago we had gutter covers installed by a competitor but were so disappointed with the results we had them removed and received a refund. We had pretty much given up on the idea that any of these products, no matter what their claim, would keep our gutters free of leaves and debris, and able to handle rain run-off without pouring over the gutters during the downfall and dripping over the door entryway for hours afterward. While attending a fair at the Chesterfield Amphitheater, my husband was drawn to a booth of yet another gutter cover claiming super results. (I couldn't believe it.) Eventually I joined him even though I had no intention of being sucked in to the sales pitch. It so happened, it was the owner, Jason, and he really gave a good spiel about the product ? so much so that my husband asked to have a salesperson give us an estimate, against my better judgment. The sales person, Ken, couldn't?t have been nicer. And he was a no pressure, very low-key guy, but he was very confident that this product would do what we wanted, keep our gutters clear, allowing the rain to go down the drain spouts instead of over the gutter like a waterfall like the previous covers of the competitor. Along with convincing sales pitch, the price and money back guarantee persuaded us to take the chance. Jerrod completed the installation smoothly and fast by working hard and professionally. We couldn't?t wait until it rained. Unfortunately, the first rain came at night. But it wasn?t long before the perfect rain came and we were able to look out at the drain spouts gushing water. And never once did the water flow over our front or back doorway entrances. Also, no dripping after the rain either. I think we did the right thing and we never have to climb a ladder to clean out the leaves before or after it rains. We are very pleased. We hope others don't waste time and money on other gutter covers when they can get a product like Leaf Solutions which is far superior to the others.

Xterior Pro provided an estimate for a new architectural roof. We had other companies out and Xterior Pro definitely had them beat all the way around. The sales rep, who happened to be their Vice President, was wonderful. He measured, noted potential issues and provided us with an estimate the very next day. Not only were they less than the competitors they brought out samples of different types of shingles and made suggestions on better ventilation. We signed the agreement, set up financing and they began work all in the same week, with no strong arm pressure sales. The team that installed the roof were on time, covered our windows with boarding during the take off process and completed, cleaned up and removed the trash container in two days, on a mansard roof no less. We were so impressed with their performance we have decided to use them on some additional home improvement needs.

I was not home when the work was done, but I verified the install. Looks great! The crew cleaned up extremely well. Mr. Jason (President) personally inspected the site for cleanliness. He was very courteous and professional.
