They were very meticulous. They made sure that everything was squared and straight and secured down. They made sure that they gutters drained and they took their time to make sure that it was done right. They didn’t rush. I have an interesting house, it is not like a regular house.

My wife and I shopped several different companies at the home and garden show and received estimates from them all. When the representative from Xterior Pro arrived he was understanding we had other estimates to get and did not pressure us to "sign now". He went over the house inside and out and was concerned with the appearance of the final product. He really wanted our house to look good. Of the 5 estimates we received he definitely seemed the most knowledgeable. When we notified him we were accepting his offer we got another visit from him and his boss to go over everything to make sure all work was understood. The window guy showed up promptly with his assistant and got the entire house done in 1 day. The windows look great and there are no leaks. The siding crew showed up 1 or 2 weeks later and finished the entire house in a day as well. They only missed one minor thing, they covered up the water meter transmitter. It was fixed the next day. The crew was friendly and did a great job. Our home is much cooler with the better windows and new siding plus we do not have to deal with leaks when it rains anymore. We financed the project and the bill was not submitted to the finance company until we were satisfied with the work. This company did proper follow ups, fantastic work, on time and delivered great customer service. I would definitely use this company again and I would gladly recommend them to others.

They did a great job in one day. You must think about the heights of a 3 story house. We had some problems with the instalation in the back yard but JAson came back and fixed it. No more leaves and mo more guest squirrels. I totally recommedn this company.

Jason came and gave me free estimates and worked with me to find the best solution for a gutter problem as well as advise me about the best sliding door to put in my walkout basement that faces north. He was extremely professional as well as friendly, and was very understanding about waiting until I had other work done before I called him in. He and his staff were always on time, very friendly, did each job professionally and well. When there was a little problem with a door lock, he sent a person out right away, then contacted the company for me to make sure that I got a completely new locking system. Each time, his staff called to make sure that I was satisfied with any repairs that were made, as well as following up with all the work his men did. They are bonded and insured, and made sure that I had a lein waver after the work was done. I would recommend Jason and XteriorPro for any work you have around the home. I will have him replace my roof when the time comes as he also took time to advise me on the options for that without being pushy at all. He was honest about the condition of my roof and I really appreciate that. I will also have him replace my windows in my home. The door he put in faces north and I so much air came in, I could not stand to be in front of it. Now, I pull up and chair and sit right in front of it in complete comfort. It is a wonderful door and I had a fantastic experience with Jason and his staff from start to finish. It sure is nice to deal with a contractor who is honest, trustworthy, and helpful. The workers showed up on time every day and were extremely competent and friendly. My wife, daughter, and myself were sifting though all the "stuff" that had accumullated over the years while the gentlemen were trying to work on the shed. I am sure that we got in their way on occasion, but they never acted like we were bothering them. This is the second time we have used this company for work on our house, and I have been extremely happy with their work on both occasions. I would not hesitate to recommend them to everybody.

Unbelievable! Our work required 4 separate crews (door siding, stone & paint). All were professional & meticulous in their work. Everything was completed in a timely manner. Jason (owner) was on site every day, sometimes twice. A month after completion we had a small problem with our new door, a technician was there the next day to adjust the lock. Our neighbor was so impressed with the quality of the work he hired Xterior Pro to do work on his house. Jason was great!

Bid process was very thorough and was explained clearly. Luis came by before the work began so he could familiarize himself with the project. Jason was very involved and checked in regularly to answer any questions and to check on the progress. Extremely hard working (and easy to work with) installers. When we needed to call Lisa in the office, she was great to work with. We were told each day when work was scheduled to be done, and we appreciate that attention to detail.
