The salesman Jason explained the produce & the best way for us to replace the roof. The whole process of removing & replacing the roof went as Jason explained.m. They did an excellent job on cleaning up replacing the roof.

Our project consisted of removing the old roofing on our home and replacing with a roofing system that met all current roofing guidelines. We met with Chad (XteriorPro representative) to obtain a cost estimate for our project. Chad was very knowledgeable about current industry standards and helped us put together a plan for our project. The estimate that we received was competitive with the other estimates that we received. The project started with the removal of two layers of shingles, roof vents and prepping of the roof sheeting. Drip edges, ice shield, new flashing, synthetic roofing paper, new plumbing vent covers were installed and the ridges were prepared for a new ridge vent system. Once the preparations were completed the new shingles and ridge vent were installed. Prior to removal of the shingles the area around the house was covered with tarps to protect the landscaping. Due to weather conditions, the project took two days to complete. At the end of the first day and at the completion of the project the work area was cleaned. This included picking up the nails that were removed and fell to the ground. The project was completed on schedule and we were very satisfied with the installation team. We would highly recommend XteriorPro for your roofing projects.

After talking to the XteriorPro staff at the St Louis home show we visited their showroom to begin gathering information for our project. Lisa and Jason were very helpful in explaining what products and services XteriorPro had to offer and we scheduled a meeting at our home to get a cost estimate. Chad was very helpful in making our decision to go with the LP Smartside. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and installation procedures to ensure a long life. After working with us to establish a design for our project, he provided a cost estimate that we believe was very competitive compared to our other estimates. Once work on our project began, Jake and the installation team (Eugene and Joe) met or exceeded all of our expectations. They did quality work, were able to address additional tasks that were added during the install and left a clean work site at the end of every day. The work was completed on schedule despite considerable rain during the install period. We would definitely use XteriorPro for any future projects of this type.

Jason helped negotiate reimbursements from the insurance company, ordered the windows for us. His men were on time, behaved professionally and in a timely manner and left the house neat and clean.

Jason's estimate was inline and his product quality appeared to be of a quality that would be an incredible value. While we did not ultimately go with Jason and Xterior Pro, I would definitely consider them in the future. Their products and his explanation of them were very impressive. Our decision was made doubly hard by the fact that Jason had taken the time to educate us during his presentations and was very low pressure which we liked. Our decision to go with another contractor was one that could have gone either way and was only finally decided based on knowing someone related to the other contractor and not because of the actual estimate or presentation as those were enough to have us seriously consider going with Xterior in spite of knowing the other contractors family.

The company was very easy to work with. Listened to what I wanted done and came up with a plan to accomplish what I wanted done. Very responsive to questions. Crew who put up siding was easy to talk to and explained everything. Crews took pride in there work and it looks great. Would highly recommend this company.

The staff at Xterior Pro were friendly and professional. The crew worked hard to get the project finished in one day. There were a couple delays in the process, but overall are very happy with the new siding.

Crew arrived early morning as scheduled. Work was completed very well. Had one minor problem, which was reported and corrected within hours of report. Will use company again if needed.

It went good. Anything that wasn't right they made right. I got four bids on this job and they were very close. I read some things on Angie's List. What I thought they were going to do as far as what they said they were going to do and what was in the bid compared to someone else they might have thrown in a few extra things so I went with them for probably that reason. It was kind of a toss up, actually. They were very clean and they cleaned up their mess incredibly, which was nice. They also pretty organized and the got done in a day's time. It was couple of day job, but they got old roof off and new roof on in one day, so that was pretty impressive. Then they did a little fine tuning on the second day. I think the prices were all the same.

They did great -- A+! Their price was good, too, especially compared to their competition. They brought on a subcontractor to install the gutters. I was only 99% satisfied with the subcontractor's work, but Xterior Pro came out and fixed it. It took them about 2 days for the roof and 1 day for the gutters, and they were very professional. Cleanup was great, too, and I'd highly recommend them!

They did a fine job. I would use them again if needed. They finished the job in 2 days and scheduling was easy. I'd absolutely recommend them! I was very pleased.

It went well. We purchased the Gold Pledge warranty (25 year non-prorated labor and materials and 50 years non-prorated materials) from the factory. There were a couple of things they had to correct to meet the factory warranty and that was taken care between XteriorPRO and the factory rep.Very punctual for appointments and responsive to emails and phone calls. They actually want your business and when they have it they want to keep it. Very diligent about making sure the job is completed correctly. Cleaned up very well after the job. They also talked to my neighbors and let them know they were going to be shingling my house and if they had any material get in their yard to let them know and they would clean it up.We found them on Angie's list and got a quote from them because of their A rating. Angie's list was right. We would highly recommend them. They weren't the cheapest (nor the most expensive) but well worth it.

Xteriorpro was excellent. My roof was 16 years old and had wind damage that I had fixed. Xteriorpro was here when an insurance adjuster showed up and helped me get a settlement. The only hiccup in the whole process was that Xteriorpro was to begin tearing off my roof at 7:30 am. They called at 7:30 am and stated that they had to finish up a huge job and would be over by 1:00 pm. They started my roof about 1:30 pm but did stay and work until 7:30 that night. They finished the next day and everything was excellent. They used Timberline Ultra HD shingles that look fantastic. They also used the Ultimate Pipe Flashing on all the pipes and vents. You will not have a leak from your roof. The price for all of this was not the highest bid. Xteriorpro was able to take down my satellite dish and put it back. They do tell you an adjustment may be needed from your satellite provider. Also we have plants and flowers all the way around the house but nothing was damaged and cleanup was beautiful. I am totally satisfied with my new roof and would recommend Xteriorpro to everyone.
