TLC Flooring

Project started as promised and finished in a reasonable time. TLC was very accommodating of our project even though they were also working to finish a another large project that had expanded in scope. We requested a few minor follow up fixes that they happily and quickly addressed.

Josh and his team are great! The work was performed as he stated in his bid - professionally, timely and at a reasonable cost. TLC doesn't schedule multiple contracts simultaneously so when they start a job, the team shows up on time every day and sees it through to completion prior to taking on another job. They showed up on every scheduled day on time and worked all day - for two weeks straight, and did a fantastic job. I am hiring them again to complete a smaller bathroom project this summer. I am very pleased with the quality of work performed. A+

Excellent job. Josh, Crystal and crew did first class work. Even worked to correct pre-existing problems that they had not even contracted to do. They are conscientious, quality people who do excellent work in a timely way. They do what they say they will and when they say they will do it. They not only hauled away their scraps, but those of a prior contractor as well. If you want quality work, these are the people to hire. I highly recommend them.

Josh from TLC flooring did excellent job on the kitchen back splash. He came out measured the back splash and gave us a bid with is reasonable compared to others. He helped us to get contractors discount during the buying process which saved us money. He is punctual, professional, friendly and honest. He was on time on the install date and completed the work on time. The tile pattern is complex with a 3D stone accent in the middle and he took time to install it without cutting corners. He installed the tile on a small area first so that we can see how it looks on the wall. After looking at the tile on the wall we changed the pattern which added more material and time which he patiently worked with us. We couldn't ask more from the installer. He did whatever we asked and we are quite happy with him. We'll definitely hire him again.

We used TLC flooring 2 years ago to replace all flooring on 1st floor with Pergo. They did an AMAZING job! We have two large dogs and needed flooring that would hold well with the dogs and our active lives. We couldn't be happier! So two years later we decided to replace the construction grade carpet upstairs with some nice thick carpet. We again called TLC, but also received bids from the top two rated Angie's List carpet companies (CC and M's Flooring). TLC's bid was competitive and also included door trimming (which we knew we would need with the thicker pad and longer thread carpet). Other companies charged $35 per door which would have added an additional +$400 to the price! Joe from TLC came out and measured our home. He also explained where all the seams would be and how the scraps/edges would be used for maximum coverage (while still looking nice). We went out to TLC's flooring distributor in Earth City to choose the carpet and were given the bid from them on the carpet price. TLC ordered the pad from the manufacturer, so that saved us even more money. They moved the large furniture, removed the old carpet and hauled it away, trimmed the doors, and vacuumed/cleaned up nicely afterwards. Overall- VERY pleased. They were very accommodating to our schedule. Always timely on getting back to us on our questions. Extremely friendly. Overall really nice guys, with great products and superior service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The errors and sloppy/unprofessional work of the first installer complicated my job. The first installer completed maybe 30% of the job in a little more than a month. Josh and his crew started the job on 12/3 and finished as promised on 12/18. He even took extra time to go back and break out the previous installers botched work and corrected it. We got a professional quality job from a hard-working, conscientious contractor and his employees. They managed our expectations every step of the way giving us progress reports each day before they left. When we ran into difficulties they always had an answer. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat.
