THE LAWN GUY

I recently moved and was looking for a lawn service company when this company left a flyer on my door. I called for an estimate, which I approved and said I did need an end of the season mowing and trim. I was told by Todd that weather permitting he would be here one day next week. I do understand the weather thing, as we'd been getting a lot of rain. I do work so am not home during the day. One day there was a message on my recorder indicating he had mowed my grass but ran out of day light so he did not trim but would charge me less. My thought was he should not have started a job he could not finish (so late in the day), as trimming was in dire need. I was not impressed with the cutting. A recent land survey made property lines obvious and areas were missed. He should have gone out of way to do a fantastic job if he was serious about obtaining a new client. I did not waste my time calling him back. I was disappointed that I did send a check, but I hired another lawn service.
