 + 0 moreI called TJ's for a quote on my yard. Travis called me back to schedule a time for Jeff to meet me at my house. Jeff met me and said he would email me the quote, confirming my email address. 10 days after Jeff was at my house and I still had no quote, I called them and left them a voicemail. It is now 14 days and no one has the professionalism to call me back, or just let me know they're too busy to do the work.

Description of Work: TJ's provides weekly lawn service for us. Although they are always on time, trying to communicate issues with the workers is sometimes difficult. The owner will return messages but prefers to have phone calls directly to the business. I am not always able to call and would like to be text or email.

 + -1 moreHe does an excellent job and does not require immediate supervision. He performs all the detail work without me having to be there. I make an arrangement with him for the money upfront. He performs the job while I am at work and by the time I come home it is done. I have never had a problem with his availability. Even if it is raining he works it in to come later and he is very responsible. I do not have to hunt him down. I would use him again in the future and recommend him to others.
Description of Work: I use T J's Lawn Service & Landscaping for lawn and yard work. I have been using him for the past five to six years on a weekly basis.

Description of Work: CALLED ME TWICE TO SET UP A REQUESTED APPOINTMENT TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON A RETAINING WALL. COMPANY WAS A NO SHOW TWICE AND DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE APPOINTMENT.
