Did good work.

They worked in terrible conditions. When I finally got a chance to check the work it was cracked. They did come back and fix it. I didn't like the way they approached me for the money at my door. I would not use them again. I was very disappointed in how I was treated.

We were very pleased with the work except we did have one problem that took them several months to come out and they found out that someone had not caulked around the gutter and so the gutter wasn't draining properly. Other than that it was fine.

This company saved my sanity! I was at my wit's end from waking every morning to the sound of woodpeckers eating my cedar beams!! I exhausted all the neighborhood wisdom (aluminum strips, loud noises, etc). The last straw was when the "poor endangered fella" looked back at me from INSIDE the beam! Happily, I discovered St Charles Exteriors on Angie's List. Mike Spector came out within 24 hours, was very helpful, and had great ideas. Eventually, we decided it made more sense to wrap the beams rather than repair the wood damage. He was able to recommend colors that matched closely the Tudor style of our home. The workman, Casey, was extremely professional, conscientious, and capable. He came as scheduled, completed on time, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Neither of them laughed too much at my "battle with the bird", as we called it. Since the project was progressing so well, we also decided to install gutter covers at the same time (separate cost).

This company is great to work with. Mike Spector was very helpful, straightforward, and quick with some necessary problem solving. The workman was extremely professional, conscientious, and capable. They came as scheduled, completed on time, and cleaned up everything.

The workers showed up one afternoon and couldn't begin because I had other work scheduled that day. They started work on a Friday morning and when I returned home that evening, I noticed the color was wrong. I called the owner on Saturday, and he returned the call stating he would correct the problem, which he did. The overall quality of work was satisfactory but I didn't think the ends had a finished look when compared to the rest of the job. The metal on one of the ends was wavy, not flat like the rest of the job. The owner assured me that this was all they could do given the construction of the house. In fairness, homes like mine where the ends were boxed did have a similar look. However if I had known this in the beginning, I would have picked a different style (not boxed).

They executed the job professionally and they were exemplary in every way. They were friendly and efficient.

Our overall experience with this company was positive. The owner Mike Spector came to our house personally, to provide the initial bid on the work. Mike maintained phone contact and visited the work site once during installation, and once for a final walk-around survey of the completed work. A couple of items that were bid into the initial contract were not completed, but Mike agreed to compensate for them in the final cost of the project. The work crew was diligent in their work ethic of keeping to task, making the total time to complete the job minimal. There was some minor clean-up to be done in the yard after they were finished. The company who was sub-contracted to install the new guttering and downspouts did not clean up well after themselves, and did not run the downspouts to preexisting underground drain pipe.

It went fairly well, but the price wasn't right. They could do better with selection.

Out of range for them to make a service call.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The team worked quickly and did a very professional job! We certainly recommend to anyone that is interested in siding. In addition,they were priced very competitively

We were pleased with the price and the work that St. Charles Exteriors performed. They were willing to negotiate price with us, which we very much appreciated. The group of men who installed the siding worked diligently. They completed the siding job in three days. The gutters were installed by a company called ''Seamless Siding'', which I believe was sub-contracted out by St. Charles Exteriors. They completed the installation of the gutters and downspouts in three hours and also did a nice job. We would recommend St. Charles Exteriors.

MIKE SPECTOR-OWNER EXPLAINED HOW THEY WOULD DO THE WORK AND GAVE US HIS IDEAS. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH WORK. ONLY COMPLAINT IS THEY DON'T TAKE DISCOVER CARDS.

WORKERS SPOKE NO ENGLISH AND NO ONE ON JOB TO COMMUNICATE PROBLEMS TO. NEVER SCHEDULED, JUST SHOWED UP AT DOOR AND NEVER CALLED FIRST. WORKERS FROM BRAZIL WERE UN-FRIENDLY. OWNER, MIKE SPECTOR, WAS VERY NICE UNTIL I SIGNED CONTRACT. THEN I WANTED ADDITIONAL WORK DONE AND HE BECAME IRRITABLE, LIED ABOUT WORK DONE AND JUST WANTED HIS MONEY!

TOOK 4 MONTHS TO COMPLETE JOB. WAS NOT KEPT INFORMED ON WHAT WAS GOING ON OR WHEN THE PROJECT WAS TO BE DONE. BUT SUMMERTIME IS BUSY TIME FOR THEM AND WAS IN NO HURRY. VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY. THE FINISHED PRODUCT WAS WELL WORTH THE WAIT.

WORK WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS A WEEK BEFORE PROMISED!! EXCELLENT JOB AND SERVICE. A BIT ON THE PRICEY SIDE BUT THE END PRODUCT WAS WORTH IT.

EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY AND RESPONSIBLE. VERY CONSCIENTIOUS. WORKED WITH US ON PRICE. COMPLETED JOB ON TIME (ACTUALLY EARLY). WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND DID NOT EXCEED THEIR ESTIMATE.
