Spring-Green Lawn Care

In 2021 Spring Green started a new Irrigation service, since I have been a long-term customer of their lawn treatment, I was willing to give it a try. During the backflow test, I was told I need a new backflow control. A few weeks later, an inexperienced sprinkler technician came to replace it, it took him more than a week, and he admitted it was his first time doing plumbing. After numerous attempts, the job was finally completed. Later in the year, he also completed winterization. Since I was not happy with the quality of the job and the qualification of their technician, so I changed the service to my previous provider for 2022. Before he even began the start-up process, the technician alerted me that the back-flow valved was not shut off correctly, and even asked me if the system was winterized, and who did it. He showed me a blown-out pipe connector and told me whoever winterized it was supposed to turn off only halfway, not completely shut off. The winterization probably was not done correctly, so the remaining water in the system froze during winter and damaged the whole system. The replacement cost was about $600. I complained to the Spring Green office every two weeks (message for the person in charge of irrigation), to give him time to call me back. During my last call (the third) I left a message to the office manager and alerted them that if no one return my call, I will file a complaint to BBB and on social media. I will also cancel the lawn treatment service for next year. I gave her one week to respond, and there was no return call. They do not even make any attempt to show that they care about their customers.

I have used their gardening services and they did an outstanding job. The job was completed in time with excellent result. Would strongly recommend them and would certainly use them again.

Fantastic service, very pleased with my new imprinted concrete driveway - black and red block pattern. it was done amazingly. Jason and and his team helped me understand the process step by step. They've stabilised the gravel and made the car parking a bit wider which was a need for 2 cars in the house. The whole process was fascinating to watch how your driveway was transforming pretty fast.

We were tired of maintaining the grass in our front yard and asked Jason to completely remove it and come up with a drought tolerant plan. They were able to start work immediately and even finished the project a little early. Jason and his crew were professional and our yard looks great!

The gardeners turned up on time. As well as very professional they were friendly. They assessed the size of my garden and informed me that they may need a bit more to finish the work. But in the end fortunately they finished cutting the grass within the specified time. I am very happy and 100% satisfied with their work. I would definitely use them again.

I cannot stop raving about the spectacular service from Jason. They responded quickly to our last minute request for a total clean up + new mulch and gravel and plants in our backyard and it is GORGEOUS. They were so responsive and helpful and the best price out of the other quotes we received (from less helpful people!). They really made what was a stressful project super easy and even enjoyable. I cannot recommend them enough, and if we have any landscaping needs in the future I won't even hesitate to contact them again.

Excellent service provided. They worked extremely hard to clear a very overgrown garden. Delighted with the work and will be getting them back to maintain the garden. Would definitely recommend

Project done today and we are SO VERY PLEASED! Jason and his crew arrived on time and completed the installation of our pavers in just a few hours!! WHAT YOU MUST KNOW....the neighbors tree in our very small patio spaces has RUINED my plants, rocks and landscaping for two years. I e had Jason come out and do the clean up before and this time he mentioned the paving solution. The estimate was just as promised and they worked to precisely cut each stone to match the areas needed. Used quality materials and everything is level!

Even though I did not go with Jason, he deserves 5 fives for customer service. He was very responsive, on time, and patient. He was accommodating and understanding to help meet my needs. There isn't a doubt in my mind that Miguel wouldn't have done a great job. Unplanned and unfortunate events happened for me, so it was bad timing on my part. I would definitely contact him again for future needs. Thanks!

I have to say, I was a bit hesitant to accept a bid that was less than half that of the other two that I received, fearing that the quality of work a service would reflect the lesser price. Jason's team came in a completely re-did my backyard (previously entirely concrete). They followed the plan that my wife an I came up with in nearly perfect detail, without skipping any of the essential steps. They installed sod, decomposed granite pathways, compost flower beds, two pavers patios, and an irrigation system for the lawn and all the planting areas with immaculate attention to detail and skill. There is no way that anyone could have done the job better to the extent that it would be worth double the cost.

I came in a timely manner and made sure my gate was closed tightly afterward as requested.

I will first say that I hired this company to aerate and seed my lawn. They did the actual aerating and seeding as expected. Still uncertain of the results but they definitely aerated and seeded and I have watered as instructed. My initial bid was an incredible offer, which is why I went with them instead of doing the job myself. Turns out it was incorrect; I understood and hired them anyway. The first time they wanted to aerate and seed, I got a phone call saying it would happen the next day. My yard was rock hard and it was going to be one of the hottest days of the year so I requested another day please. 3 weeks later they aerated and seeded without a phone call. I get home after dark and because they didn't call, I didn't know they had been there. This was a Thursday (Oct 18) and I didn't notice they had been there until Friday night. I was supposed to be gone all weekend but because they left a muddy mess on my sidewalk and siding, I cancelled plans to attempt to clean it up. I called them to express my concerns and frustration over the mess (and dents in siding where the mud was) and was told someone would go out to look at it. Weeks later after hearing nothing, I called again and the owner went out to look. He left a message saying he'd been there and I followed up with pictures of the staining and damage. I received a reply that there was no way they could have made the dents but they'd send someone out to power wash. I disagreed with the statement about the dents an I'm certain the job caused them, yet said I would happily remit payment once the power washing had occurred. 3 weeks later I decided to power wash it myself. This experience could very well be a one-off hassle, but it has not been handled very well and I would not recommend them as a result.
